The CEO's manipulative behavior created a toxic work environment filled with distrust and demotivation. The workload was unmanageable, with employees being burdened with an excessive number of tasks and responsibilities. The constant stress and pressure led to burnout and lack of work-life balance. The tasks assigned were monotonous and repetitive, devoid of any creative or intellectual stimulation. The overall experience felt like being trapped in never-ending circus of stress and chaos. The company's management failed to prioritize employee well-being and satisfaction. The lack of support and consideration for the employees' mental health was disheartening. It was a deeply disappointing experience that I would caution others against!

During my time working at his company, I had the misfortune of dealing with a manipulative CEO. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also unfair to many of the employees who worked under them. This CEO often used their position of power to make unreasonable demands, disregarding the well-being of their staff and the quality of their work. Not only was the CEO's behavior unfair, but it was also unhelpful in creating a positive work environment. Their manipulative tactics often led to mistrust among colleagues, making it difficult for employees to work together effectively. Furthermore, their unwillingness to listen to feedback or acknowledge mistakes made it nearly impossible for the company to grow and improve. 

One of the key reasons you like working for a company is the management. The upper management here was useless, awful, and horrible humans. They had no idea how to run things and just wanted to control everyone. The control freaks were often rude, dominating, and disrespectful. These terrible people also made the workplace toxic. No good person could survive the hostility. Slowly, they all left! You can also avoid not to waste your time. If you do a good job, people will not leave so frustrated!

Management puts so much pressure on employees to perform, but doesn't care enough to actually equip us with the tools we need in order to succeed. They offer no help, give no recognition for our efforts, and have no intention of actually rewarding us for our hard work. The company doesn't care at all about our wellbeing, and is willing to let you go instead of taking the time to nurture their employees. It's incredibly disheartening when the company you work for blatantly shows its disinterest in you.

There is far too much to write here, but here is a good start, you will be underpaid and overworked. It's just a fact. Upper management will never help you but will micromanage you and have no patience when you make a mistake, if you are making mistakes they will tell you what you are doing, but they will not help you improve that or teach you how. If you care about your mental health, steer clear of this company.

I’ve been working at Newfound Recruiting for over 5 years. It’s a great organization with a great team.  You are fairly compensated for your efforts as it is a commission environment. They have a great team, with benefits and a great office with an open concept.  Management treats you well, and you are celebrated on anniversaries as well as getting your birthday off. 

THE MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO APPRECIATE EMPLOYEES OR REMEMBER THEIR HARD WORK. YOU WILL WORK BRUTAL, EXHAUSTING, AND TERRIBLE HOURS FOR NOTHING. Your work-life balance would be poor, and you will have no time for personal stuff. It was ridiculous and they key reason why many good employees left and increased employee turnover! The horrible management just found replacements!

Employees have wildly differing workloads, they either have basically nothing to do, or too much to do! A lot of employees have started resenting their coworkers because they're forced to take on more hours in order to meet management's demands while they see other employees lounging about because management fails to properly divide tasks! 

It doesn't get more disorganized and chaotic than this! The management of NewFound Recruiting has to be the most uncoordinated and messy leadership that I've ever worked for. Most of the time, the managers don't seem to be on the same page and kept assigning redundant tasks or conflicting ones. They need to pull their selves together before they lead others. 

If you need experience in the Level 1 IT  Service Desk field, contracting for NFR is a good start because it will give you experience that will prepare you for better opportunities. Take the time there to learn and use it to prepare for other job interviews in the future. I do not recommend remaining a contractor for this company because the wages are nowhere near competitive and there is very little room for growth within the company.
