I came and work here during the covid times,  and I noticed that there is no such thing as screening you for temparature. And in terms of cleanliness, I would say that its covid waiting to happen.  There is no soap in their washrooms and they let people eat side by side in there lunch rooms.  I'm glad a left just a short time working there.  People don't respect one another.  This easily a good sign that people that work here is miserable. 
Stay away!!!!!

typical day is stressful as it seems no one knows what they are doing there.
I have learned to interact well with co-workers as a lot of them seem to have been there as lifers! 
Management use to be good but now they have a new manager that seems to be a real idiot along with his Human resource lady that don't know how to do anything but socialize with her own kind. she is not very bright. The most enjoyable part of the day is when the last bell goes to go home.

Was hired through a headhunter, worked just short of 6 months and was restructured. Many other employees were let go while I was working there short of their 6 month work date, which leads me to believe they don't want to pay their headhunters their bonus. Hours agreed upon in the interview were 7-3:30, and within one week the hours changed to 7-5:30 with a half shift Saturday with no overtime or time in lieu.

Sometimes when it’s too hot in summers that time it’s really hard to work in door department

Management treats workers like dogs. There is zero respect for the hard workers in the back making it possible for the guys in the front to have a job. They treat you like garbage and then tell you there's nothing out there better than them. Stay away. I was a lead hand for the door department and yet I was doing the supervisors work plus mine. STAY AWAY!!!!

A typical day is when I fabricated and built a neumatic equipment.I learned a lot of welding, neumatic, hydraulic, electrical troubleshooting skills and experience. Management is good. All coworkers are good team players. The hardest job is to work in hot temperature in summer. The most enjoyable part of job is fabrication.

Poor management, frequently firing people, you are constantly worried you might be next. Let go of good workers without thinking twice.

No benefits until 1 year unless you have high up position. 

Work culture is not very inclusive, mostly cliques. When you do spend the time talking to a colleague it's seen as unproductive. 



The management team is oblivious about the concerns of the production staff. Their attitude is very condescending and workers should be happy for a job.
They are an numbers driven company without regards to the consequences in achieving those numbers.
