Management does not encourage (or really tolerate) independent thought nor creative ideas. There is a huge premium placed on management clique and those not part of it micromanage everything to try and feel more secure in their positions. In turn the employees turn on each other viciously because improvements are never made.
Not everyone is horrible and the good ones really do try but unfortunately are not empowered or supported to make good changes.

The company is very reactive instead of proactive and it causes the engineering and quality groups a lot of unnecessary stress trying to troubleshoot on the fly. 
Management is a boys club and doesn't take employee suggestions or concerns to heart. Most of the people on the floor are lovely but the environment as a whole is toxic. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Getting 40 hours per week. That’s about it.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Honestly unfairness in the workplace.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everything is up to standards 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Boring when your on a job you do the same thing all day long

Do not recommend working here they push you to your limits constant over time nothings enough overworked, low wages and never have enough for a raise enjoy 2% raises because that’s apparently the most they can afford. They try to get you to work overtime for free because you are a salaried employee 

If management understood what each job involved things could be much better.  Management thinks that each job is a "Mcjob" that involves extremely minimal training but high expectations.  If you like to be micromanaged by people that don't know what they are doing, this is the place for you.

Guys are good to work with but maintenance supervisor is a twit misy be related to someone high up there, doesn't know anything so everyone is smarter then him and once he dont like you he picks until you quite that's why there always looking no one stays even knowing the money is good

Decent place to work until they got slow and failed on promises made when I was hired.
The director of engineering plays favorites and makes it very obvious 

Enjoyed my time with this team. Learned a great deal about high speed manufacturing. Hours for engineering department were sometimes too long.  Parking was a chore every day.

Great company to work for but the change in management in the last 4-5 years has taken the company's employee morale to an all time low..... Poorly managed

This place is very good when running 40 hr weeks not much room for advancement unless you have proper degrees overall I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a good job
