What is the best part of working at the company?
Best team to work, learning and working environment, always get respect from the work and appreciations, feels like you are working in the home environment. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is no stress in the work but have to do the repeated tasks most of the time. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Working environment is like the home that you feel, all the employees are friendly and we are working as a team. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It is busy all the day but crazy at weekends, basically I like week days.

Very easy job especially for young girls looking to start working. If you're sharp and ready to work it'll be a breeze. If you can't pull your weight you'll be opted out. You learn how to take phone calls and phone etiquette, take orders and memorize the menu and what we can do for customers. We work on confidence and helping you become better at your job. Can be frustrating with male staff members at times as they are older and grumpy. However the energy from surrounding female coworkers is often positive and fun. Shifts are easy to cover and schedule as they go by a monthly schedule. I have enjoyed my time at Nitza's and it will always be apart of my heart.

Working at Nitza;s Pizza was the most fun i've ever had with a job. My manager and co workers were all so awesome and everybody worked so great together in a team. Even during the busiest rush hours the level of stress in the work place was so low due to the uplifting spirits and positive attitudes everyone carried with them. I learned how to work fast and efficiently with other people and maintain friendly customer service and a clean work environment.

The tasks are not too difficult for someone looking for casual work and the hours are mostly flexible with the exception of a busy friday night, or a hockey game dinner rush. The hours will usually start in the middle of the day or in the evening meaning there is plenty of time for schooling, or other work.

Good place just need a better and more understanding boss and I wish they would understand that people can work a lot more and deserve a raise or something of the sort

Nitsa's Pizza is a great work environment where young workers can come in and do easy work once a week. Everyone there will help you if you are confused. Perfect job for young people who want a easy fun job with not to many shifts.

This was a fantastic after school job! I will forever miss the atmosphere and busyness of this little pizza joint!

My boss was FANTASTIC, and 10/10 the best I've experienced thus far in my life.

I hope that many others after me has had the pleasure of experiencing just how fun this job was.

An excellent place for someone looking for their first job, the management was great and the minimum wage was more than acceptable because of additional pay in tips. Its a very easy job but extremely competitive in terms of getting a shift, seriously the group chat is like wolf-pit.

the staff little respect for women and no first aid, or fire extinguisher and as far as i’m concerned they don’t meet health requirements. employees do not have legitimate job descriptions and we do not receive any of the tips unless we deliver the pizzas.
