I came in as a new graduate. I find that while there's lots of intelligent people to work with, the work life balance is poor. Often you are working 5-10hrs in excess of the 40 hour work week in order to complete extra work. Overall the people are great to work with.  As far as the environment is concerned, very stimulating and keeps you on your feet every day.  I love that I am finally getting to apply what I've learned at school.

Atmosphere is not like any place I’ve ever worked.  yes it is employee friendly in the fact that there are free resources given out like laptops, etc., but people are almost too focused on their responsibilities here. being that it’s a startup a lot of people are looking to prove themselves so they can move up the ranks. so if you’re looking for a family-type atmosphere among your co-workers where there’s time to converse all day, you may be disappointed.

Sometimes in a customer service role, you can feel underappreciated and overwhelmed if you don't have the proper support. I can definitely say that was never the case at Nobul. I've actually really enjoyed working as a customer service representative, thanks to the support provided by management. Only negative is that I wish our team was bigger to help with some of the workload.

I've learned a lot in my short time as a developer for Nobul. Though I've only been here for a few months so far, I appreciate the support and guidance I’ve been given by my superiors. They seem to understand what their team needs to succeed in this type of role. It’s definitely an overwhelming experience at first but after you really dive into your role it’s incredibly rewarding to see your hard work pay off on the final product.

I’m a year and a half into my position and am excited to be learning new things with a supportive team. It is a great concept and a company I’m proud to be a part of. Being able to help a cutting edge company grow is pretty exciting and I really like the customer interaction. I really get to help people and I’ve discovered that’s something I really need for job satisfaction. We are growing quickly, which means occasional increased workloads until we can fill positions, but the owner and managers are awesome!

No matter what your background with development is, there's nothing like working in the field, and I've definitely learned a lot while working at Nobul. I felt like the management and staff had my back and were there to help me grow into my role. It's only been 8 months since I started working here, but I'm hopeful that I'll continue to enjoy my job and stay for the long-term.

I started with nobul after a stint at another company. I've been working here since May last year. Admittedly I was a total newbie and pretty apprehensive to speak up when I first started at the company. I'm feeling more confident in my role and have been giving my own feedback too. Management does listen to your concerns. That's one reason why I chose to write this review.

Each person has their own ideas and is encouraged to share them.  I never feel like I'm hung out to dry by my coworkers.  We continuously share our thoughts and ideas as a team and that makes us work well together. Communication is a big part of the job and there are multiple ways to share knowledge.

anyone the wants to work at Nobul should know that things move quickly, but with that, it gives you opportunities to learn on your feet. the most enjoyable part of working here, for me, is actually working with the customers.

Was going to school to become a software developer and needed to fulfill my semester credit requirements with an internship. I applied to Nobul and was invited to do it there after a couple of interviews and task-based assignment. Very cool experience. Learned a lot  about the development side of things and gained some professional experience and contacts that I hope to use in my future job hunt.
