I've been fortunate to grow in a development role at Nobul in ways that I haven't had the opportunity to at other companies. There’s always something new to learn in this position so you never feel stagnant or unfulfilled. Even though the hours can be long and the deadlines are pretty short, you do have resources and support to help you get the results you need. Looking forward to seeing what the next years have in store.

If you're not used to working in a more rapid, intense environment, you'll probably feel very overwhelmed. There is pressure to produce results quickly, but it’s been a good opportunity to sharpen my skills and push myself out of my comfort zone. I'm really looking forward to seeing what opportunities I can build on here and what the next steps are.

I've taken a lot of pride in working for a company that's bringing something completely original to the market. It makes our jobs in the marketing department much more exciting, and we're always proud of the work we're able to do to help build this unique brand.

I've enjoyed getting to know the rest of the administration team and learning from their experience in the company. The hours have been longer than expected, especially when there’s a lot of work to catch up on but you're never saddled with doing everything yourself, you just have to learn on your team when you need them.

Jumping into an environment this fast-paced was definitely overwhelming at the beginning but once I found my footing I felt like I had the resources I needed to succeed in a support position. If you have a healthy work ethic and a desire to grow within a company, I highly recommend joining the team.

I started my developer career at Nobul and am proud of where I am today because of what I learned here. Working in such an innovative space has made all the difference in my career.

There are certainly some growing pains, as you’d find with any startup, but management seems to care about our growth within the company and making sure we have the resources we need to do our jobs efficiently and effectively.

Working from home isn't always the easiest or most enjoyable experience, but Nobul has managed to still create a team environment where collaboration and communication are prioritized.

When you're paid well and valued for your work, you work twice as hard to deliver results — and that's been my experience at Nobul. Management values your opinion and you're compensated fairly for the work you put in.

This fast-paced environment is definitely not for everyone. It can feel overwhelming at times, but if you can find your groove it's definitely worth it. The work is always really rewarding.
