This company is by far the worst company I've ever worked for in my life. They do not follow transport Canada regulations as crews do more than 17h duty, maintenance is botched, and eveyone can walk on the ramp like it's their hood. This company is all about family. You will notice pretty fast that family members get promoted and some good privileges. You will need to work hard or be a family favourite to get any sort of promotion. Otherwise, they don't care about you whatsoever. If they don't like you, they'll make sure you don't get all the necessary tools to succeed just so you make mistakes and when they feel like you've done enough, they can fire you easily. For the paycheque that you get at the en of all of this nightmare, it is absolutely not worth it. You can get much better opportunities, advantages and a MUCH better salary at other great carriers. Please make yourself a favour and do not work there.

- Each day is never the same. Always on your toes doing heavy maintenance, line maintenance or flying with aircraft.

-Management is very knowledgable but really need to work as a team with employees more.

What is the best part of working at the company?
At the time a very good group to be working for almost 14 years family oriented

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
As for stress it was very average whenever something we took time to talk to each other

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work enviroment is excellent as for the culture they are open 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It was something to look forward to every day after all it was what I live to do even to the end

They hire random and immature people for a position that important.
They treat people unfairly and cultivate favoritism. Also, they absolutely don't know how to deal with diversity. 

Just avoid all at once. However, good based salary compared to industry standards.
Some people are nice but majority is just about gossips, lies and drama.  If you come to grow in a healthy work environment, just forget it, this is not the place unless you want to work extra long hours and do tasks that you are not suppose to do with almost zero recognition. 

Nolinor is a very old school company and very conservative. It looks pretty cool to work there from the outside (on the social media), but from the inside it’s another story. If you work there, say goodbye to all free time with your family, childrens and friends. You have to be available at any time to work even on your days off. All my colleagues were looking for another place to work. It’s a very toxic environment ! 

They don't care about you what so ever. They treat you like your a slave. No room for advancement. If you try to leave the company they will try and stop you by contacting the other companies. On call 24-7. Old planes, and they land in crazy unsafe conditions. Do yourself a favor and don't give up applying at other airlines, theres no benefits here and there are AMAZING benefits at other airlines where you fly for barely any money anywhere you want

This company use you till you don’t recognize yourself anymore! The management don’t know what they doing since they’re very young or unexperimented. There’s no perks with other airlines company and they will made you think they have destination in the south or paradisiac places but you mostly go in the North of Canada. You can’t grow in the company unless you’re close to the family since it’s a family company

There was 0 structure for forecast heavy maintenance. The line planning was also very rudimentary. We built proccesses and projections to better prepare the maintenance team for what work is needed to be performed and which AD's are coming due and which part of the AD/SB must be performed

There is better place to learn, here you will touch every part of the plane from front to back.

If you are willing to get your hands dirty, the crew will welcome you with open arms and they will make you love going to work.

This company has no respect towards their employees. The company is REALLY understaffed and unorganized. They trained an employee too because a pilot who didn’t even have a pilot licence. They really don’t care about flight attendants.
