At NGH you are just a number in their books. The management treats their staff horribly and never helps when we were short staff or simply behind. We were never told something nice to our weekly staff meeting it was always so negative. The staff as well (mainly the ones that were their longer) was also negative people to work with. There was so much gossip and people reporting each other for stupid reason that it made the environment very toxic. Management will also guilt trip you if you don't pick up a shift even if your full time or books apptment around your days off. They would just say that "you need to work on your work and life balance" Meaning don't have a life and always be a work. They would also punish the good staff and let the bad staff do whatever they want.  I would not apply here.

The best part is working with a good team and keeping the workplace clean and safe.

Busy days with many tasks can be stressful, but I stay organized and focused.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment is busy but supportive, and teamwork is very important.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My day usually involves cleaning rooms, restocking items, and helping keep the workplace clean and organized.

It was okay for what it is, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. There are definitely better places out there . The overall experience felt a bit underwhelming — the service could definitely be improved, as it lacked attentiveness and consistency. With a few changes, it could be decent, but as it stands, it just didn’t meet expectations.

Great place to work if you are a motivated individual who likes educational opportunities and potential for career advancement.  Varying shifts allows for good work life balance.  Salary is competitive.

staff is wonderful and always there to help as well with management being there for all staff when you need them. positive working environment which makes you happy to come to work.  

Management is very nice and understanding. Workload can be a lot depending on the day due to infrastructure. Location is remote and will likely have to commute
