Good place to start. The job is fairly simple during spring, summer and fall. It is pleasant to work outside when the weather is good. Very few sites will treat you well. You are lucky if your supervisor helps you with any problems.

The downside:
The supervisor won't help you. I had multiple sites where I could not even sit to rest. I couldn't have lunch. I complained to my supervisor and nothing happened. I had to work at the same place for 4 months without having any break/lunch time.
The payment is not good. It is bi-weekly but the amount of discounts is not good. I get paid 16/hour and at the end of every month they discount $190 from my salary for a uniform that costs $30. Ever since I started working with them I never made more than $1800 working full-time between 8-10 hours shifts because of the discounts.

The main role is to: Stop, slow, and safely direct traffic through work or construction sites. Protect workers in the construction zone by regulating traffic flow.

The company pays very low wages and even deducts the cost of meals, despite providing them to employees. There are no real opportunities for growth or career development. Management is disorganized, and communication with employees is poor. The work environment lacks diversity and inclusion. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for stability or professional appreciation.

A great job to improve your communication and people skills. The co-workers are great and the hardest part of the job is that once in a while there is someone that doesn't want to follow any directions that you give them to keep them from harm. The most enjoyable part of the job.

The wage is decent and it's easy to take time off work as well as choose where to work, however, the weather can really take a toll on your job duties and make working very depressing.

It's great if you're looking for work right away. Quick placement but, not much options to grow in. Pay rates are low compared to living cost in toronto but its manageable. 


They dont give respect to the employees who are working with them. They dont care about the employee needs and their problems. They don't allow to refuse unsafe work. They dont like to call them for job related enquiry.
