North American Tea and Coffee

I was checking the quality of finished tea bags, labels, date and packaging every hour on each machine. The skills I learned at North American Tea and Coffee includes the team work, organized, communication, problem solver and attention to detail. I have to work closely with production department. Machine operators were very nice and co-operative. The most enjoyable part of the job was experiencing different types of tea aroma. The hardest part of the job was working without supervision. In night shift, quality controller has to work alone without supervisor which sometimes made job harder.

NATC was an amazing company to work for! Experienced many different cultures to work with! The job was hard but extremely fulfilling and rewarding! The supervisors and lead hands are always encouraging you to excell at your job and there are many ways you can advance with this company!

Packing coffee work on machine operator cleaning some supervision management not good supervisor are very rude I like work but supervisor gurmeet not good my husband also work in that company he is living separate now not with me maybe like some girls.so I really don't like that job I'm experienced worker and they not respect me.

The management here is bad show a lot of favoritism. They all need to go. Treehouse needs to bring new management in. Hopefully better! We are suppose to be a team but the company is dividing the workers an causing a stressful work place.

When I started job with north american tea and cofee I did a lot of job there. Most of the job were at night time. It is an indoor job.I enjoyed my job by doing it regularly.

They guys not remain on their words. Unsafe work place.they don’t have problem solving environment.demotivate the new hired persons and they don’t have team work place or environment.

i love working night shift...so i got a meet so many people there...i was started as a packer...but within 2 weeks i got a know how to operate those machines just because the staff there love to train you.

being able to supply 7 production lines at the same time is quite challenging. management has to look at situations better and have a better approach.

My direct manager while I worked there was amazing, but the owner and GM were terrible scatter-brains. Very unhappy company to work for.
