I have had the pleasure of working at North Hill Mazda for the past few years, and I can confidently say it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company truly values its employees and fosters a collaborative environment where teamwork is at the core of everything we do.

From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by my colleagues. Everyone here works together, always ready to lend a hand and share their knowledge. This is evident in our daily interactions and is a big part of what makes North Hill Mazda such a special place to work.

Management is genuinely invested in our professional growth, providing regular training sessions and continuous development opportunities. The weekly follow-ups and review meetings ensure that we stay on track with our goals and maintain the high standards of customer service that North Hill Mazda is known for.

The positive and dynamic atmosphere at North Hill Mazda makes coming to work enjoyable. It's a place where hard work is recognized and rewarded, and where each team member's contribution is valued. I highly recommend North Hill Mazda for anyone looking for a supportive and team-oriented workplace.

I met some really good friends working here but any positives are wiped out by really rotten management.

I've seen some really great employees fired because a manager has a petty grudge against them which is a real shame. The character of many of the managers is very questionable.  The work place culture is totally tainted by a handful of toxic individuals. This is especially unfortunate because I've met some really good people working here.

If only a couple of negative individuals were replaced I would hold a much more positive view of this place.

Despite leading the service advisor scoring metric (ranking CSI and sales) I was fired without warning and replaced with one of the new service managers cronies. 
Constant infighting between sales and service departments with sales often bumping service customers from the shop to carry out last moment repairs/work on internal vehicles due to poor communication between departments and an even worse case of top down communication from the GM. 


Most of the sales, service, parts staff are great people. With a few exceptions. The biggest downfall is the management, or lack there of.  The management is more likely to throw you under the bus, instead of supporting you. The pay for most positions is not great. I have seen the company make mistakes and screw over employee pay. All of this as well as an extremely high turn over rate makes for a very enjoyable place to work.

Fantastic place to work. The team there is amazing, everyone works together really well, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere. The management is top-notch; they truly care about their employees and make sure everyone feels valued and appreciated. It's great to work somewhere where your efforts are recognized and you feel like an important part of the team

This dealership has been fantastic to work for, I found myself getting stressed at other dealerships due to overworking us with unfair targets, but Northhill has a much better work/life balance and it has been better pay compared to other dealers i've worked. I highly recommend working for northhill mazda

Great place to grow and develop as a young professional.  Very team-oriented culture. Management open and very approachable — both with respect to day-to-day operations and with to long-term growth initiatives. 

Everyone is ready to help you, Friendly environment to work. Amazing place

As a person that worked in this environment. There was a sort of tribal knowledge being set about this place. If you want to be here that's fine. As someone that was going through there apprenticeship, there were things that I needed to develop my skills for the future. However, this place does not give you the opportunity to let you learn your craft.

Any culture starts with the general manager of the store .
Well ,let’s just say he belives he is never wrong .so good luck working here .
Good people leave because of bad management.

I really enjoyed to work there, I learned a lot thing  and I make good job.
I development my skills in different ways, and I feel capable to do whatever to feel happy and make my good perfectly. 
 I been  working as a driver and pick  up  brand new cars.
My skills develop really fast, I get used to the job really quickly.
