I “worked” at this place during a 3 month period. I talked myself into 50k annual salary, drove around the company Beemer, went to some conferences, and played 4 hours of ping pong a day. Also they had a pretty cool 3D printer.
This place is great if you’re looking for a joke of a job peddling possibly illegally imported chemicals. The “boss” has a few credentials (although not that impressive in the scientific community), he assumes he can sell pharmaceutical grade chemicals without any QA testing, accurate inventory management system or production tracing documents. Hello... we’re in Canada where certain standards must be adhered to. At least this was my experience there. There was 6 people fired in the marketing department alone in my tenure

If I could give 0 stars i would. I just want to save as many people as possible to quitting their jobs to come to work at Northernchem. How this company still exists from 2009 with no sales, no manufacturing, no executive is a mystery. Just a CEO and one HR doing everything. It's all for show. Not recommended for anyone to work here. I started working here and have not been paid. 

Great working environment with so many nice colleges. You will get promotion easily if you work hard and if you are valuable to the company.  
Facilities are great including badminton courts, table tennis, snooker pool and gym equipment, etc.
Always full with snacks and high quality coffee.

This facility seems like it may be illegal.  Often when regulatory members would come in to check on safety measure, the company would fail and then try to find the cheapest (and sometimes not-so-approved) methods to fix this.  Needless to say they continued to fail many tests but still remained open and operational, which is still a mystery to me.

The pharmaceutical market that Northernchem got involved in, is a bright and promising industry. The senior management team in this company has a clear development plan. They care about employee's career development and satisfaction.

Marketing is very important for company, you will feel you do some meaningful thing for the company growth. When your service had helped a client, you will build your confidence and feel self-achievement.

This company has a great benefits package and reward program if you are able to accomplish the goals that are set for you. The company focuses on employee experience and diversity.

The company's main product is pharmaceutical intermediate. Most employees are Chinese. Workload is light and salary is between 30000~40000 per year. Located in Niagara Falls.

no real job there. MLM company. can't guarantee get payment on time. sometimes delayed for months. Business owner has no respect to employees at all. Dont waste your time.
