A typical day would require several meetings with project managers on discussions about project deliverables. You get to learn about the progress of the whole project rather than being restricted to testing. The management were more focussed on outcomes and lacked the time to develop the skills of the engineers. Workplace culture was segmented but small teams worked well to deliver outcomes.Regardless of the company's shortcomings the staff were supportive and unselfish and a pleasure to work with.

Work was relatively stress free as I was in charge of my own program. Everyone got along fine and the atmosphere was mostly upbeat. The hardest part of my job was helping the other work sites because sometimes the phones did not work. The most enjoyable part of the day was when we would all get together to celebrate an accomplishment of someone within the unit.

The employees are very professional and highly motivated to do their very best.  They are patriots who love their country and want to provide the war fighter with the best products and support,

Decent place to work, but if they definitely have some select "chosen ones" who are fast tracked to leadership positions and if you are not lucky enough to be one of them you can find yourself waiting for a promotion that will never come

A typical day at work requires me to be in the office by 7:30 am. I walk to the dining facility to get breakfast at around 7:30 am. I sit in my office all day and respond to emails, phone calls, and any other requests. I leave work NLT 5:00 pm.

Company really goes out of their way to ensure employees are happy. Movement in both location and job type is available. Appears to be lots of upward mobility.
