Pay and the workers, the location close to home

You’re in a time crunch. Generally have two tasks to accomplish in a 90 min cycle. Very hard for a beginner.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Easy going generally. With experience you’ll probably do well there. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Team meeting in morning, check what work is left to do and what’s planned for the day.

reactive mode in quality management
hard to change behaviours
hourly rate is decent
Your not paid if the line is shut down for an external reason.

it was better then it is alot of things changed making it today an ok job has before it was a great job there is a great deal of potential but for what ever reason things are not good

it's a great company and I have nothing to add. there are a lot of rade tapes in the engineering processus and sometimes it's annoying. overall a good experience p

amazing co workers good environement been working there for almost 3 years now and to be honest i really apreciate my job love the 7 to 15h30 schedual
