Below opinion is based on my 14 years approx working in Novo Nordisk India

It's a great feeling while working in Novo Nordisk India as everyday you carries a responsibility to reduce the burden of diabetes in the society by creating awareness among doctors & patients by providing them one of the top class & safe anti diabetes products. 

 Personally I could able to develop my competencies like strategic planning, Business development, analytical skills etc by the help of company's healthy & engaging environment

The hardest part of the job is to have balance between professional & personal life as  many times you need to spend weekends attending conferences

Really enjoyed my almost 6 yrs at Novo Nordisk. Great innovative products
Very patient centric and devoted to finding a cure for diabetes. Amazing production plant in Danemark where you can find that this company is very focused on being as green as possible.

The company is wonderful with benefits package and has the most amazing patient education materials. I was so excited to begin employment however, I quickly learned the company always seemed very out of touch with field needs and was highly political. In my tenure I had 9 managers between regular and interim managers.

A revolving door. People come but don't stay, people leave very often.
Job duties are changed without notice to the individual.
Added responsibilities are given without discussion with the individual.
People are made to be a jack of all trades and master of none.
Pass the buck mentality and very judge mental.

•	Organized and planed for a product-launch   
•	Prepared a launch and pre-launch plan and organized activities including advisory boards, according to company’s guidelines.
•	Developed and planed a re-launch campaign by focusing on a specific indication of the product  in Women’s Health                               
•	Managed different projects to build company’s image as a leader in diabetes market

Very collaborative workplace with great colleagues to support you. A  place where people work hard and play hard. The bar is set pretty high where high performance is expected. Being a relatively flat organisation the opportunities for upward mobility are fewer unless one is willing and able to relocate globally.

a very cold environment and company is a revolving door, management is very poor to understand the employee needs, very unorganized management structure creating pressure at lower level, Managers are very sluggish head and did not understand the ground reality. No one knows what is best for training for their project needs

Good collaboration across departments. Learnt a lot.

Had some really good internal training from consultants on leadership and how to deal with employees.

Good products in the diabetes disease area.  European company will positioned in the market with a solid reputation with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, hospitals and wholesalers.
