Noyen Construction created a efficient workplace committed to safety. Managment always ensured safety came first without sacrificing production. Job security, benefits, and room for growth within the company are the few areas for improvement. Noyen created an overall good atmosphere.

Good place to be, lots of good coworkers and foreman. Loved working on site and with others. Management for operations throughout the company was ineffective and seemed to be working backwards for most employees. Overall an okay place to work. Pay is average.

My favourite company to work for. Employees and managers are all friendly if you don't anger them and just do your job. Typical day at noyen is joking with your crew and getting the job done safely and efficiently. I would work for them in a heartbeat, its too bad they aren't all that busy.

Fantastic place to work. I unfortunately didn’t work to long with them because of Covid but I was treated amazingly and give these guys nothing but respect. 
If I came back to Alberta I’d try to come back with them. 

I enjoyed working with the other operators in the crew I had, along with the foreman. Gave equal opportunity to all operators. And I was told next year I could possibly run a dozer, or excavator, so that should be fun! 

Was called and offered a Salary Staff position.  Went through Orientation training both for company and site. Made it to the facility, found out in the morning meeting that I was hourly not Salary. I was handed a shovel and told your now just a dumb labourer. No supervision. No class. No future. No job security.

I truly enjoy working at Noyen. Properly run with excellent supervision and management with none of the petty bsthat most companies I have been with have these days. Focused on the things that matter and none of the c**p that drives good people away.

Do not waste time going to work for that company they make a lot of promises and they don’t keep them one day they tell you one thing. 

management supervisor are terrible . In another word it’s a bunch of clown. If you’re not part of the click, you’ll be skid out pretty quickly.
