• Reverse Engineering (REV ENG)
• Work in a team with other 10+ Jr/Sr Mechanical Engineers and meet all the deadlines
• Design, modify, distribute, and check CAD/Inventor part drawings for other facilities. (North America, China, and Europe)
• Using Inventor to make 3D/2D brake pad models, 1st/2nd operation part drawings, shim models/drawings, strip assembly, strip layouts, and OE part drawings.
• Support and maintain other engineering documentation, CAD drawings, drawing distributions to different departments, modifications to requested drawings and designs as required
• Designing 3D/2D bending and blanking dies, detail drawings, punch blocks, and material lists
• Generate and execute ECOs
• Making NRS 3D models, part drawings, and NRS related projects

the best part of working in nucap industry is to learn something new every day. they keep their employees busy with different stuff and in that way we can learn different things. i have enjoyed a lot working there its been great experience for me so far. my co workers are very supportive and they helped me a lot at initial bases, all over environment is very friendly and descent. management of the company is also quite good and very helping.

You'll take a lot of abuse, be part of toxic work culture and get 0 support. But you'll be paid well for your time. 

The environment and senior management team have 0 clue on what they are doing. There are no clear expectations or opportunities for advancement. They are very xenophobic and will occasionally say off the cuff "racist" remarks. I will say they do offer good pay and benefits. But the stress and turn over rate are extremely high. 

Technical Support Supervisor
•	Provide desktop support for over 40 staff by phone or in person as needed to minimize downtime
•	Plan and lead training sessions for new and existing staff.
•	Support as necessary to limit system down time during internal or external outages. 
•	Identify, isolate and repair computer hardware and software equipment showing wear and tear or corruption as well as during preventative maintenance routines.

Significant turnover, mediocre benefits, and company culture has been lost. Company events are rare, sub-par and now coupled with the marketing of new products. Certain managers are relentlessly disrespectful to their direct reports, which has driven away many highly effective employees. The safety of plant production employees was well managed and incidents were infrequent when I was there.

The  most stressful job I’ve ever worked at as a machine operator. Minimum you should make at this job is 20/hr. If the machine breaks down which they always do, the tool makers are some of the most miserable people you will ever meet. You’re the bottom guy and all the fault and responsibility will fall on you.

Challenging day everyday and I learned a lot of things just like how to deal with every workers. Management are supportive with good workplace culture. Decisions making is the hard part of my job and the most enjoyable is when machine continue running without any problems.

The management and supervisors are very rude. They hire only refugees and immigrants because they won't respond to anything. Salary is minimum and the benefits are great. Job advancement is zero percent except for their buddies.

Supervisors are rude and your not doing one persons job they shift u around doin multiple jobs for same pay and even if they give u a position the pay remains the same plant manager only cares for himself and gives employees a hard time
