Don’t know where to start. The only plus of this job is that you create your own schedule. The management is terrible. You can only communicate with them through an online chat and they are very dismissive. They do not solve your issues. They also give you “quality feedback” and when you ask for clarification they don’t even respond so you’re just left to figure it out on your own. The managers expect you to be in constant communication if anything goes wrong with the system or if your stepping away from the computer, but rarely respond to you which makes no sense. The software used to perform the job is faulty, which results a lot of computer resetting which results in lost time that you are not paid for or allowed to make up for unless you schedule another 30 minute shift to that day, and that’s hoping one is available. If u missed 10 minutes due to the systems faultiness, you cannot stay on an extra 10 minutes to make up that time. Breaks are also not paid. There’s an online chat with the managers and other co workers where the co workers talk about nonsense and fill the chat up with unrelated work things. So if you ask a question in chat to managers, you sometimes have to scroll up so far in the chat to find a response and that’s IF the manager decides to even address your concern. Overall this job was terrible. Just high expectations from management that can barely provide the bare minimum requirements of a manager. Can never solve any of your issues, everything is just apparently “what comes with being a service provider”. Never compensated for wasted time or can get clarification on any of your concerns. And Christmas time they don’t tell you from Dec 24-January 7 there is no work available. They like to say these things in the group chat instead of sending out general emails to all employees. They do these last minute things a lot and u basically find out about something new day of when your about to start your shift. Like when the software was changing and you were required to get a headset and do new training. They told us this mid week on a Wednesday that training must be complete by Monday because the system is changing. This is just stupid because not everyone works 5 days a week so if you don’t even work those days, ur getting 1 day notice that you have either Thursday or Friday to figure things out or u can’t work the following week. It’s insane. Do not recommend 

Save your time and never work here. Management is terrible. Favouritism within the employees is REAL. They never listen to your concerns. They dismiss you almost everyday. Your expected to reply to a mangers right away but they will leave you on read for hours no issue. There is no positivity. Always negative. They are constantly on your back about what you did wrong and how you can do better. The company is an over all BOTHER to the public. I felt embarrassed calling the people over and over beggin for them to participate in surveys . Job strips away all your pride and makes you feel little. The company will expect you to be spken down too and you will never be allowed to stick up for yourself Worst job I’ve ever had. It complete drained me emotionally physically and mentally. I will forever regret the time it took away from my family to work for a company who replaces you within a heart beat and never breaths name again no matter how many years you’ve been there. They WILL get rid of you for somebody else. Poor work environment as to why they’re ALWAYS hiring. Save yourself. 

This position is great if you like working from home. The pay is fantastic. No commuting to work. The work itself is alright. The downfall is that you're calling people to conduct surveys and basically begging them to do the survey. The hardest part about the job is trying to convince people to give you their address and to ensure them that their address info is only required in regards to the survey itself. If you fail to get their address, then you lose the entire survey. The more survey's you get, the higher your score for the day. There's no enjoyable part of the job other than the pay rate. Daily calls are getting yelled and screamed at, cursed at by people because they're fed up of getting numerous calls per day. This job is only done in the evenings, no day hours. Sucks cause all your evenings are taken and you have to work every weekend.

  The job itself is draining. I get that this is necessary for company research but if you're an ambitious individual, this will crush your soul. Imagine  cold calling people all day and saying the same thing over and over again.
  During training you'll be told you're doing groundbreaking work but in reality all you do is ask such profound questions such as, " have you heard about McDonald's?" The work is good if you don't care about your future but if you want to keep your sanity. Don't work longer than a few months 

The market research interviewer position is monotonous, stressing and some...only some, recipients you call make you feel worthless.

It's hard to climb up the ladder at Numeris, there are too many market research interviewers competing for that single position.

Note; keep in mind that your supervisors at Numeris will not be allowed to provide you with a reference when you're seeking a new job. 

The supervisor I had for the time that I worked there was wonderful, she was helpful and kind.

I made a lot of friends starting back in the day with numeris formerly bbm Canada.they offered partime hours but at times when those expected projects didn't come in and not knowing if you were working or not is what made me pursue something more permanent back in the day for me.but was a fun place to work highly motivated team leaders managers always making it easy to work for them.

Working at Numeris will give you burn out. High turnover. Management doesn't care about you and only cares about productivity. Benefits and Pay not competitive. Work itself repetitive and mundane. LOTS of favouritism. Flexible hours yes, but mostly nightshifts. No recognition for hard work. When busy season is over, i.e they don't need you anymore, they'll FIND reasons to penalize you. Best part, your coworkers who are suffering with you.

Would set up for the day, complications took place and would be waiting for managements help, a lot of shut down problems.
Learned to manage hiccups on the job sites and work through them
Worked at home, was opened to any culture when we had trained in person. 
The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to work at home and learn some new skills with the computer.

Numeris was a great company to work for. I was there only six months before getting a promotion to Quality Assurance Agent. There is lots of room to move up in the company, and they still make sure you have time for any personal goals you are trying to meet; i.e school, other career opportunities etc.

This company is a must avoid if you want to maintain your sanity.  They have sops that are counter intuitive, management is unsympathetic and really if they don't like you, there is no chance of getting a promotion ever, they would rather hire outside candidates than promote from within.
