Fortunate enough to have a good crew and  Forman.  Paystubs always early money I. Bank when is supposed to be . What more can a guy ask for

Best way to predict the future is create it . No stress here

Good work environment.ent . Everyone k ows their job . If they don't they can freely ask without ridicule 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I run heavy equipment of pipeline . Truly both something I love

Drive workers to and from the job site. Light maintenance and cleaning to the bus. Keep the bus clean and warm for the workers. Organize safety equipment on board to be easily accessible to workers. Keep a log book. Follow the crews on the line to keep in close proximity. Fuel the bus each day. Go to warehouse each morning to pick up water and whatever supplies the crew needed to have on the bus. Talk to the crew boss or the straw boss each morning to make sure where the work would be for that day. Good crew to work with.

O J treats there workers good,except if you happen to get a bad or inexperienced boss

Working with an inexperienced worker

The work environment changes depends on the terrain,could be muddy,icy,dusty

If you are working with experienced  workers that know what they are doing,have a good crew everyday goes by great

Get up early work your butt  off go back to camp and eat garbage food that I wouldn’t feed to anyone

11 hours shifts then back to camp

Fun family like crews, who manage chaos accordingly to meet production and budget requirements. Wages are fair, management is fair and overall the work environment is not negative or toxic in anyway.

having proper vechiles and equipment to date and running smooth

Great bonus’s. Friendly and outgoing staff. Very easy to get along with management. Staff benefits include social gatherings and acknowledgment from management on special occasions.
