Typical day at work would be tiring and filed with repetitive hard work, always in conversation about the job and how to do things better and more efficient. I learned to work with others. I learned to take a leadership role. I learned to deal with common and irregular problems even when it wasn't my problem to deal with. Management team always treated me with respect. Co-workers were always trying to help and bring me to a higher level of working skills. Hardest part of the job would be to continue doing the same job over and over each day. Most enjoyable part of the job would be the people and culture.

Proven ability to assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning work areas and equipment

The most fast paced environment I have ever worked so far. It can be stressful when co workers don't show up or work slowly as you're expected to pitch in. Other than that, as long as you show up and work correctly and responsible, you'll be fine. I had great experiences there, you'll find if you aren't a hard worker, you won't last. Meaning everyone that works there - works hard and are dependable. It's a great place to learn how to be a proper employee. I don't have much negatives, it's solid job.

learned a lot more things about automotive machinery, learned how to work in a team and with the required pace. supervisor and team lead were both helpful and trained me to work in assembly line, it was fun working there.

Due to a majority of the work being assembly line; working for this company taught me how to meet deadlines and how to keep a cool head under pressure.  I still incorporate many of the same tactics I learned from Oakgroup into my current job such as time management and organisation.

Not a bad place at all. it has its up and down..friendly staff and people. sometimes short hours depends on shortages. vacation every 6 months which is the best part.

we have to work hard on machine to assemble seats. i learned a lot on this job like team work, co-operation. Management is good and manage all the company in good manner.

It's a great place to work . They respect and treat their employees nicely. They are time conscious and strict so if u can't work long hours I won't go there. Cheers
