I have been @ Odenza for about 10 months now and been in the industry for more than 7 years. I've worked in all Different parts of the world Australia, Singapore, India, Dubai etc. I do not think I've ever come across a better place to work for.

Management leads by example in setting goals, achieving them. No unrealistic expectations. Service industry has its own challenges and challenging days every now and then but when you have everybody so approachable be it Team Leads, Co-workers or Management, your challenges become very easy to face. 

Every office I've ever worked has always had(it was very normal to me) one or two guys who kind of liked to give everybody else hard time but not Odenza. Everybody who is in the office have been super supportive, welcoming and warm. Best office culture that you possibly can have. People dream of this kind of office environment... I've got it.

I had the worst experience with this company. Extremely unprofessional. It takes 45 minutes of the interview and will judge you on your 3rd day while you are in your training period. And there is no professional training. Only Shadowing And eLearning. You can't figure out what attitude they want from you. Will backbite about another employee with you and later backbite about yourself with another. Extremely unprofessional. You will feel so suffocated because they say one thing and mean another. Nothing but a call center. No job security at all. Anytime they fire people.

Management genuinely cares about the company culture and treating each employee with respect.

Any job providing service to the public has challenges and bad days but working with a good team makes a big difference in how those experiences affect you.

I've learned a lot in my time here so far and plan to stay with Odenza for as long as possible.

Working in a travel department is a fulfilling experience. Like any job, there are challenges, but the overall atmosphere is supportive and conducive to personal and professional growth. One of the standout benefits is the ability to create your payslip. The commission structure is truly one of the best in the market, providing incentives for achieving sales targets. Management is approachable, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. 

I’ve been here for a year now and so far so good.  No office politics and I hope it stays that way.  When I first started the training took a long time to complete.  Like anything else, it takes some time to get used to but after a few weeks you really start to get the hang of it. The managers are pretty easy going which is nice compared to other places I’ve worked at.

The workplace culture is positive and encouraging, with a strong focus on personal growth. Management is approachable and always willing to provide guidance and support. Odenza Marketing Group is a sales company so be prepared for a fast-paced environment that requires dedication and persistence. For a sales-driven person, it is super exciting and a great chance to create your own paycheck.

The staff here really do become like family. They are so supportive and helpful. The hardest part of the job was covid, and all of the travel regulations that are constantly changing on a day to day basis. Through all of that, the staff and company stays positive and helpful for their guests and colleagues. 

I really enjoyed working at Odenza. It was the best environment that I have worked in over the years. And there is a great group of people working in the travel department. Everyone is friendly and helpful which goes a long way in getting the job done.

I've been with the company for over 5 years now and I'm extremely happy with the culture.  Odenza is full of ambitious and knowledgeable travel agents. 

This is a great place to learn and grow professionally. There are alot of travel agencies in Vancouver but it's hard to find one that has a good culture and provides employees with exceptional support.

I've been working here for 6 months now and so far so good.  Management team is easy to work with and the most important thing for me is that there are no bullies working here.  I've had some bad experiences in the past at other places where you get stuck working with office bullies.
