Discount on food. Very good job for people who haven’t worked yet.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The managers are awful, they are very cheap so don’t expect to get a lot of hours. If your part-time they will only give you 3-6 hours a week. Full time you’ll probably only work 3 days 6 hour shifts. So they don’t give good hours, they give minimum pay.

Other employees are very kind and friendly.

It gets busy and with only 2-3 of us plus the menu is very large with everything being customizable it can get very stressful

Nothing good about it, abusive ,big discrimination and no appreciation

That you have to do everything in store with no appreciation, but actually always complaining about the hard work that you put , another word is disappointing

Not fair at all  a huge discrimination

Just working and there’s no team work at allll, bad management

Working at osmow's is very much a learning experience. 
I value the relationships I've made with my fellow employees.
The owner/manager is another whole situation 

Good place to work with the management being supportive and giving us our space to work. They  train you well so that you can start with production as soon as possible and they trainers and managers are well aware of what everyone is doing in the store.

I love to work here as it was my first job but it is tiring work. More than 7 hours shifts privide a free meal which is excellent. Additional tips is there. Fun placw when you know everything. 

Disgusting place to work.
Ridiculous management.
They made people work alone, just a single person doing EVERYTHING in the store during covid, just to save money.

This place was good for me to get Canadian experience
It is so busy restaurant 
I enjoyed there but when I worked my rate was 11.60 $/hr
But I worked full time 
Really it's good experience for me

Team is not at all worth working with. Management is highly disrespectful. No work life balance. Too much work for peanuts. no work recognition. No leadership

I look forward to every shift, Osmow's Shawarma has a very good environment & atmosphere. Everyone is very kind and treats you well even when you make mistakes.
