Each day at work was different and that kept work exciting. I learned a lot about my clients, ABI, and dual diagnoses. It was great to get to know clients well as the clients in the program are long-term. The most enjoyable aspect of the job was learning what worked for each client and helping them overcome the challenges that resulted from their acquired brain injury. Great coworkers and managers. 

Pace has given me the opportunity to make a difference in my client's lives who I take care of everyday. As my first job in this field, I'm satisfied with the experience I've gained,the ongoing training and workshops helped me a lot. There is always someone to listen to me and my colleagues and try their best to address our concerns. Thank you Pace for the opportunity to be a good support care worker 🙏 ❤️ 

Equips us with the knowledge we need to get along with clients and our coworkers we also get basic computer skills training on site, we often get information on changes before they are implemented, it feels good knowing staff can call management for support when needed.

A day at work would be okay, my hours aren't long anymore and I am starting to struggle with paying some bills, the employees are friendly some of them I associate with overall i've been there for a while and I can see room for improvement

Good company to work for with good work ethics and a relaxed culture . Management is understanding.
Worklofe balance is there , pay structure is little less , can be better . Little old school however can improve with technology 

HR and Scheduler departments  need  training Professionally. And there too many female directors in the  management team.   Somethings are wrong and  there is room to fix them if management really want to fix it.  

I am happy to work here.  Very supportive management.  They also pay you well and recognize you for the hard work that we do . 
The supervisors are supportive too. 

There is always an open job at PACE, so if you are looking look no further. The managers are great and and the clients are wonderful. However there is a lot of agency use use due to shortage of PSw's

helping clients and making a difference, seems like good people working there, good work environment, good pay compared to other community organizations

Great experience, I would recommend working there. I had the opportunity to improve my interpersonal skills and gain valuable experience in providing care
