On my shift there are about seven people (mostly women).  We all work very well together.  The operators work either standing or sitting by their machines and pick parts from the machines or gather them when the parts drop below.  It is a light labor job for operators.  The work is repetitive however during the shift operators switch machines so they work in different places on the production floor.  

An operator does not need prior experience to work in the factory.  There are employees from many different backgrounds and cultures.   Employees will go out of their way to assist as much as possible any other new employee to ensure they pass probation and are competent in their job.

There are other positions in the company such as assembly workers.  

I am a utility worker so I monitor plastic pellets to make sure there is constant material being fed into the machines.  I clean machines when they are finished production.  I will use a pallet jack to move pallets with boxes of finished product to the warehouse or to a shrinkwrapper.  I operate a forklift lifting heavy pallets.  I assist operators as needed for relief and lifting completed boxes of production onto pallets.  

Management is very approachable for any matters.  They work to accommodate you as best they can.  Employee retention is very high with sone employees being with company for over thirty years.  The hourly wages are higher than minimum wage.  

PHMolds provides an employer appreciation day which is a free meal to every employee and there is also a year-end staff party.  

The company provided training as required for your job position and they strongly enforce safety protocols at all times - over production.

There are three shifts: graveyard, data and afternoons.  We are a growing company so we require staff.  Close to 60% of the employees are Asian and the majority of workers are women so they are definitely an equal opportunity employer.  

Morale is very high among the employees.  

There are sone benefits for workers.  I don’t know what they all are.  One is partial reimbursement for footwear used while working.  There is an emergency fund benefit and disability plan.  

The company takes tremendous pride producing very high quality products and also treating employees very well.  Any interpersonal conflicts that arise are swiftly resolved to ensure good team relationships and productivity.

PHMolds gives employment chances to people who have varying needs for gainful employment.  


The staff on the floor are very supportive and genuinely care for their coworkers. 

It was my first full-time job, and everyone was very accommodating and my training for both positions was thorough and asking questions was encouraged.

Sometimes, it got very face-paced could get a bit stressful, but there's always someone to assist you if you need help. 

I enjoyed my time here, worked for two years (day shift) and left so I could go to collage. Wonderful ladies to work with and very much a 'family-style' team.

I really enjoy the people at PH.  Everyone is friendly, helpful, and welcoming.  Management is very fair and approachable.  They also offer day/afternoon/graveyard shifts so it fits great with my schedule. 

It's an excellent place to work. You can learn lots of things. After you learn everything, it will be repetitive work. 
If repetitive work doesn't bother you, it is an excellent choice to work and earn money.
Although they pay higher than most similar places, it still is low.


Come in work hard leave on time.  a whole lot to learn and still learning. Awesome Management very flexible with taking time off. Amazing supervisors very down to earth and patient and helpful to any questions asked of them.

Good job to listen to radio/music and do work. Good people. Great opportunities for advancement for motivated people, will train you as well. I’d stay if I didn’t have other plans

ph molds is a great place to work, It was a great place to work after high school. Monday-friday shifts are morning/Afternoon and Graveyard! which worked out with my schedule with school.

Great place to work! Super nice and flexible Managment. The supervisors and lead operators are super patient and helpful with any questions you have. The Christmas party is so much fun, best work party I’ve ever been to! 

Working at Ph Molds, was horrible. you get harassed by other workers and everyone gives you dirty looks. no one really talks to you, you always working alone.
