I really enjoyed my time with PTI/CIVEO. I made great money, had great benfits, ate great food, and was treated with respect. I got to go fishing sometimes after work in places I would otherwise never have been able to go. I made life-long friendships with some really great people. I got to do lots of enjoyable tasks, some not enjoyable, but you have to take the good with the bad. the only few down sides are that it was usually a 21 and 7 work schedule so I missed my family a lot, especially my son who was and still is a toddler. Also the company was union and is no longer so nobody I worked with is still employed with them as a union member.

I was very glad for the opportunity to work for PTI (Pacific Torah Institute) in September and October of 2016. While construction is not a field in which I aspire to advance, I find the knowledge that I gain every time I am involved in it to be very useful. 
    In this particular case, our project was on a tight deadline, which provided a valuable learning experience for me. I have worked with deadlines before, but in this case the pressure was tangible as there were more people arriving who were in need of accommodation.

It’s very important to have a positive Attitude and to not take thing to seriously. Try to have an open mind. And Alway show your coworker that your willing work hard and always be a team player. And don’t bring unnecessary drama to the work place as it can cause your coworker undo stress. It’s very important that you do not start or try to have sexuall relations with any of the clients as it can also cause to many issues. 

Work from 10pm to 8am, 10hrs a night. learned different ways of cooking. Management was excellent. Co-workers were a joy to work with. I guess trying to sleep during the day, the job overall is not hard if you have a good boss and co-workers. The enjoyable part was you get to meet some amazing people, both workers and clients.

Moved from all the jobs from dishwasher to Camp Manager within PTI.  Room for advancement. As Camp Manager I usually worked a 12 - 13 hour day.  Staff on the whole were great.  Actually there was nothing hard about the job.  Doing my job well and meeting a great bunch of people.

I also enjoyed my time at pti  Met a lot of nice people I enjoyed learning all the things that I did  Lots of different people showed me recipes or quicker ways to do things  As I was new to the camp world

I throughly enjoy being out in the woods. I like the peace and quiet of being able to do my work and feel proud of the job I've done.
The people I have worked with have all been great.
The food is wonderful.
Its amazing when you're able to see the wildlife in the area

It is a very top salary job,Different races of people working in the workplace.The basis of removing worker during mass layoff is seniority.Performance is not importance to remove workers.Health and safety meetings is so important and required for us to attend.
