Well at first I was welcome and it feels warm

Of course, industrial work culture aimed for production 

They don’t have specific goals (HR) but production! 
Easy you will get scolded 
Showed my engagement
But it wasn’t enough by working 9 hrs and being paid for 8.
They maybe wanted that I stay at the office 10 hrs and only being paid 8 hrs,? 

Big Red flag when my first day I was obligated to <<take lunch>> with my boss and she was oversharing things and she asked me personals questions. 

In any ways thanks for this experience I learned a lot about this side of the French Canadian culture. 



The workplace is very understanding with personal needs. Very human bosses. The days fly by because of the busy atmosphere. There is no time to just do nothing or get bored of our job, but at the same time has days where it is less busy and we can breathe to equalize to a good stable work place. The hours are great for family life, if you have kids to pick up at daycare or school.

Working at Pacrite was great, the staff is very helpful and very accomodating.
There were oppurtunities to work overtime if wanted, which was great for the extra money.
Additionally management was herlpful, interview process was very quick, plus they will train you to do the job.
Pay was great.
Friendly workplace

The company has a good working atmosphere, you come to work learning new things everyday and everyone is respectful! Management is always looking after the welfare of employees and encourages personal growth. When you wake up on a Monday morning not feeling burdened by the whole week ahead, you know you're in the right place.

Everybody is friendly, everybody works safe. You get paid every week, nice hourly production. Gives benefits for you to take care of your healthy, body and mind (gym) and you have to be ready to think out of the box, grow up with them. Nice place to learn and improve your skills. :)

Typical day at work, punch in and go to the loading docks, pick up your designated route and deliver products to clients day-in and day-out. My colleagues were always very respectful and enjoyed joking around a lot which made the job very enjoyable.

Too many changes in administration over the last year and work environment is not like it used to be. No understanding between work and a family. Priorities were always to be expected for the office and family was to come second.

Although my experience was negative, some individuals seem to be able to withstand the high turnover and flourish. Just make sure its the right place for your personality.
