A typical day at work would include meeting some pretty amazing and wonderful homeowners who trust that they will be cared for.  Some were first time home buyers who had limited to no experience purchasing a home and required more guidance than others who have a history of home ownership.  With all, it is necessary to pay close attention to detail and show patience.
I had learned that the team of people whom I had the pleasure of working with at the homes were knowledgeable and cared a great deal about the end product.
The management tend to have their own agenda and little concern for the daily trials of all staff out in the field.  The new procedures and policies implemented had little connection with the over all trials faced out in the field and as such, the management did not listen to the suggestions relayed to them from the field staff!
There are some co-workers whom could be trusted.  Others, would agree with management to their faces and then would talk badly behind their backs.  It is the co-workers who are honest, at times to a fault, that seem to be neglected and the ones who "suck up" seem to have more respect.  For the most part, it was great working with the people I did work with!
The hardest part of my job was finding new ways of making it better and perhaps streamlining the processes and being told to "just do it the way it's always been done"!  Also, it is our duty to the homeowners to be sure they are well informed and cared for throughout their entire process.  Being told to "not worry about certain things that could potentially cause problems for the homeowner later on!" is just not right ... Integrity is everything!
The most enjoyable part of my job was the amazing and wonderful homeowners I had met as well as the friendships I had built there!

Summary: I found that there was a lack of integrity and little concern for those who may be struggling with processes that just don't work anymore; new ways of accomplishing those duties are the responsibility of the people who are completing them on a daily basis and they should have the right to implement things that are being proven successful out in the field!  I had found that there was deception in the ranks and as soon as management was challenged by staff there was "punishment" inflicted.
Example:
When there is a problem with management there is no one else to turn to, even the HR department, who only had a fragment of the information would not even conduct an investigation to find out what were causing these issues!
HR should be in place as a Mediation and Investigations should there be issues between the staff and management.  HR did not even have a private meeting to discuss what may be going on prior to conducting an "insubordination" against the staff member ... this should not have happened as staff was being "bullied" by management in place. Not right!!

Flexibility during the day to attend appointments or meet with clients. Not very family friendly as Work comes first in this business; working everyday with little to no life balance. Challenging if you have a family or other commitments or even want to participate in the community.

The most enjoyable part of the job is working with the great clients and building the relationships.

It was a very busy work place.  Warranty always is, however the Supervisors were great and took time to explain all aspects of the company requirements. The hardest part of the job is the unhappy customer that no matter what you do they will never be happy. The most enjoyable part of the job is of course the happy customer, the ones you can help with problems that are difficult but are fixable.

Learned patience for whenever something went wrong to just relax and deal with it and move on
attention to detail was a must because without it you could make your job harder than it had to be. 
teamwork skills were improved because you had to trust and communicate with the people you work with at all times to ensure everyone's safety

A true “old boys club” of framers and their friends. If you didn’t come from there then good luck advancing. If you want a dead end job with no advancement this is for you! If you think for yourself, improve processes or are more than a robot look elsewhere. If you have a wealth of experience keep it to yourself, they’re not interested.

You are not valued as an employee. The colleagues are very competitive with one another and do not work together in a collaborative manner. There is no support for team members. Processes in place are slow and inefficient. They process and work flow is constantly changing and becomes very confusing for the support staff.

Very Good Company to work for. The team was amazing and would still be working for them if I did not have to move.  All around great management team and super people on all levels

they can improve on their process but overall a top notch employer.
had a great team and will provide resources however they fall behind on training their own team members and leave you with minimal resources afterwards.

you are always left to figure everything out on your own bad management and always changing management due to poor working conditions. you always wondering if you are being moved or if your doing what is needed. they don't treat assistants well!

con: Management and some staff were hard to work with:  staff all wore headphones all day so it was difficult to communicate with them.
