Great people on the floor, very top heavy company, and not a very diversified in their clientele. Because of this, it has a reoccurring (3-7yr) layoff period, and has no foreseeable changes to this, so long as the top end does not get completely overhauled.

Upper management, management within the quality dept., and all of engineering, have no intentions of listening to the machinists with their suggestions in regards to anything (better process/machining issues, etc.). The issue will ALWAYS be to the that of the machinist, so be ready to accept responsibility, your fault or not.

I enjoyed my time with the people on the floor, they made the job enjoyable, where management seems to have a different preference for that, and is the epicenter of any toxicity within the company/floor.

If you want to go into work and know exactly what you're doing everyday this is the job for you. The people and the work environment couldn't be any safer or friendlier. The first time I ever felt important in a business was working at paradigm.

Management at Paradigm is unorganized.  There is no opportunity for advancement unless you are friends with one of the managers.  This in not a job for a machinist.  There are no opportunities for problem solving, no programming.  It is only setting up and running parts.

Excellent place to work! great events held often and small gestures from management that make this place excellent to work for. It was hard to leave for more hours elsewhere. Excellent benefits. Down fall and the only one I can think of. lack of direction from management and a few individuals who don't treat their fellow employees respectfully.

Through out the 10 years I worked for Paradigm , there was always challenges along with the day to day job routine. This is why I enjoyed working there. Working with all types of trades is always a learning experience and trouble shooting was a good experience with the different people you get to deal with.

Management doesn’t respect employees No teamwork.   Poor communication between Management to employees.  Supervisors favor certain employees.  Senior employee manipulates part allocation

Decent place to work, relaxed atmosphere, nice people. Processes are all planned out well, all you have to do is put the part in the machine correctly and press start. 

I worked for Paradigm Precision for 20+ years. Great place at the beginning but overtime became too much red tape and decide to leave. That’s life in the aerospace industry

Great support and guidance for staff would recommend this employer to anyone.   Not afraid to spend money if you can provide a case that it will increase health and safety or productivity. 

Very good place to work. Pay is pretty good especially for the area. Company is very management oriented and not much room to move up as a worker. Training is also very poor here.
