Teaches organizational skills and requires good motivation and hustle while balancing safety. Learn what you can, do your best and use it as a solid rung on the ladder toward skill development.

They have a high bar for success, driving the desire to improve and grow. Talking to other drivers and learning from their experience is vital. At one point they were one of the top 60 best performing DSP's at Amazon. and you'll notice the expectations, I haven't seen those stats for a while but I am certain they are still a very high achieving company overall.

Dispatch staff are always changing so a dynamic personality is a valuable asset, but their picks for dispatchers is always solid so there's nothing to risk there. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The challenge is balancing speed and safety, The nature of the work is very demanding. There is a solid support structure and the company can provide tips, but self reliance is a very valuable attribute. Just know the routing system can be finicky, but It's not difficult once you get the hang of it, but always check your routes when you park after rolling out. Often you have to figure out varying degrees of your route manually. 

Just be aware you have to be fine with an AI camera (not live) always monitoring you while driving. It's there for safety reasons exclusively. Keep your driving clean and professional and you’ll be just fine. There's no sense in losing your job, let alone putting you or others at risk checking a text. Common sense.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pretty simple!

-Get van

-Load van

-Deliver packages

-Help other drivers.

The Amazon trainers have a solid training program and Paranos will stick you with an experienced driver for a time on your first route.

You start with a " nursery run " which is basically half a load - about 70 -90 stops, then you advance to a regular day . Some days are pretty busy with 170 or more stops. 
They also have " rescue " drivers - they come out to help you ( whether needed or not ) and take some of your workload so it can be completed sooner .  They say they are there to support you but when you comment on something, they do not care to listen or help you out if overloaded . 
It is not full time though as advertised.  You work 8 -9 hours  or so but never a full 10 hour shift.  You MUST take a full 30 minute break ( unpaid ) 
I loved the job and the people there - there are also treats like sandwiches and other goodies as well quite often. 
Considering the work load , the pay could be better .




The job is delivering for Amazon. If you can impersonate a robot, you’ll probably fit in well. This job would not be suitable for a human. Although you will wear Amazon clothing and drive an Amazon branded vehicle, your employer is actually one of 4 contracted companies. Your only interaction with the company you actually work for will be through email, while behind the scenes your every movement is monitored tracked and traced. This would be a job for someone with entirely no other option for employment. 

Been working here for over a year.  Lots of support both on road and in station.  Management team treats team well.  If load is heavy a support team member will come to assist.  I struggled in my first few weeks.  I received numerous calls and had other team members come to assist me on training me and assisting me to improve in my job.   Lots of incentives.  I have had two pay increases since I started and get benefits for myself and my family.   Over Holidays I received overtime and other bonuses.  

It's delivery of amazon products. If tou like driving and delivery its a great job. I love doing delivery your basicly your own boss all day. However if you need the help its there other drivers will come and take some of your load if your behind. They treat you well and its super fun.

This company was lax in training. They were not forth coming in their expectations. In not giving enough training did not allow me to do my job properly. There was no warning or advice on what needed improvement on and after only 5 Shifts worked let me go with no warning. Not impressed with the running of this company.

Been employed for a few months.  Received good training had a senior staff join me on first shift.  Got the hang of it.  I work 4 days and get 3 days off with my family.  Pay is fair. Lots of overtime opportunities.  Respected by my managers.  Communication is good.  So far so good. 

Rude. Disorganized. Unwelcoming. Cold. Unprepared. No one for guidance while training. Nightmare of a company. Don’t waste your time at this place.
Oh ya…
The Free food  which is rare …will be expired by the time you get back from sitting in the warehouse all day 

They just use your skills when you get work with one or two weeks then they will kick back without any notice. No job Security no benefit no work Security

Been here for two years I enjoy my job and enjoy my team. Just got another raise also have good benefits.  Management allows me to go on vacation when needed. I requested a month off to go visit family and it was granted no questions asked.
