Needs a management make over. Way to many bosses making random decisions that don't make sense.... So many in trucks sitting all day and complaining while the crews bust their butts.
No respect for their employees at all, will take away a holiday weekend 1 day prior. Expect you to do Alot on your time. Clocking in and out constantly. You loose Alot of hours. Plus they track you, good luck going into a real bathroom as an employee.. cuz they can see u.

Was told training for the job would be available and it was not. Seems to me that promises were broken, if you don’t already know the job you will be given no hours or let go with little notice instead of given direction or guidance. Trial by fire if you will. Told to do everything other than learn the job I was hired for, let go because was not trained to do any of the assigned work. Tried to help where I could but no chance to succeed.

Long and hard , with no respect

They steal hours from you.
Trucks and equipment are in terrible shape, but some how pass inspection.
Multiple people have issues when it comes to pay days.
They play favorites. 
Ppe is not required for office staff to walk through a working shop looking for people.
If you haul equipment good luck finding chains that aren't worn out or having the proper length to properly tie the equipment down. 

Don't work here unless you enjoy being micromanaged. There is a serious lack of communication from upper management to middle management, and then they'll blame field staff for that miscommunication. No accountability to be had here. Lots of asinine paperwork because they don't trust their employees. Just don't even bother

Scabby company. Deduct pay from you everyday regardless if they “let” you take a break or not. Safety is non existent, definitely not a top priority. It’s a disorganized and amateur outfit to put it nicely. They ripped me off for my last pay check and I don’t even care, I was glad that glad to get out of that place. 

Bosses are rats. Track your hours (the few they do give you) Try and deal exclusively with them over text so it’s all documented. Don’t trust the lies. The only reason you’ll advance there is because they have no one willing to stay. Only repeat employee I met was a flagger. 

Disorganized there is no organization known normal start time can be four in the morning can be eight in the morning can be one in the morning give you equipment that’s not Road worthyAnd tell you to drive it or go home they know it’s wrong but that’s how they treat people worst place ever cannot wait to leave

Management is unorganized and uneducated.  They were so desperate for workers that they had given raises for people to stay. Many of the PMs were unorganized and really had no time management skills.

Its a small but good company. there wages are a bit on the lower side but still fair. There is lots of work most of the time. Equipment is a bit out dated. There are no benefits. Everyone is very friendly though. Overall it was a good experience there, and i’ve learned lots of new things
