Information that is shared with HR , whistle blowing was not kept confidential at all. Information was shared with other individuals that were involved in the situation!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was mediocre , it had good days and some not so good.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy and used to working independently

Since new the partnership, nothing. Have a very laxed work ethic. Very uncaring towards the seniors.

No stress. Lack of work ethics to be stressed.

Uncaring about towards the seniors

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Answer phones, greet owners, answer questions, add rental payments into system.

The company is incredibly well run. Work life balance is important. All staff at all levels are paid fairly.  Organizational culture is amazing. You get out of this company what you put into it. If you are willing to learn and want to show what you can do - this is the company for you.

Working and setting my schedule each day

The residents complaining about little stuff

Relaxing most of the time but steady work

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Set my own pace and schedule for cleaning

I love this job. my favourite by far, management can be spotty but overall, less stressful, and a fun summer job. Kids are always super sweet and guests are mostly nice.

You’re just a number to this company. No matter how hard you work you will always be treated like you’ve done nothing. They need to apply their own values and not just pretend to have them.
