It s a stable job, no layoff, and they have an average benefits, rrsp matching as well.
 The managers give more raises to the workers they like, the workers that gossip about their coworkers, even if they make bad bags, they still give them more raises, they tell us not to discuss our pay raises because they know their shady practices and the gusset manager has too much ego, making it hard for accessibility, and he also threatens to fire the workers he doesn't like, which is totally bad. The supervisors can't be trusted and very racist, and they don't fight for their floor workers at all.
They also promote the ones they like and they are racist, yes they are, they try to hide it but they are. I really do hope the owner can see this and take steps, i m sure he won't want his business run in this manner.
 One of the supervisors discriminated against me, probably cos of my color and it was reported to the management, and nothing was done, i had to quit, very racist company.

The owner is the best leader ever!

The incompetent co-workers who only moved whenever someone is watching.

Decent, professional, interracial, and wholesome.

Ecstatic during work hours on a tight, busy schedule.

Company was very good. They cared for their employees and always motivated us to work smarter not harder. They were willing to provide assistance whenever required. They had a very good benefits package and they always shared their company profits in the form of Christmas bonus.

Different stress for every position, learned managing various duties at one time. Fair management and multicultural environment. Harder to be appreciated and enjoy the end of the shift.

Nice place to work and the management is pretty good for the most part. Growth is based on how long you’ve worked there and not based on your performance. 

Totally discrimination by supervisors and lead hands. Too much harassment, unnecessary stress to workers, no chances to grow, poor management relationships, manager with ego and dictator mentality.

big politics in company they are making a differnce betweeen white and other people. in some department management is so rude.
most typical days are night shift. most enjoyable part in this company all the functions.

i did this for 7 years and it ruined all aspects of my life. The constant shift changing takes a toll on your body, and even individuals willing to trade shifts were cut due to the "unfairness" to others it posed.

Best place to work.Better response from management when need. All team members are helpful. safety is most important at work place. Opportunity to learn new skills and proper training is provided.

Small company with friendly workers and strong culture. Very few opportunities and projects due to the size of the company. Most of office workers are engineers, so a lot of knowledge and experience is guarantied.
