Greet VIP guests as they approach the lounge and provide them with assistance in seating
To ensure all customers facing areas are kept cleaned, neat and tidy at all times
Ensuring the lounge is properly maintained at all times in all responsibility
Assists with food service preparation
Offer complementary drinks to guests and ask if they would like additional servings
Prepare buffet areas and ensure that all necessary food and beverage items are presented in an appealing manner
Maintain kitchen, buffet and lounge areas in a neat manner by paying close attention to food services, refrigerators and floors
Telling passengers about luggage restrictions

Working with Philippine Airlines provided a strong foundation in customer service, hospitality, and communication. The training is very thorough, and the company emphasizes safety, professionalism, and service excellence. I learned how to remain calm in fast-paced situations, assist passengers with different needs, and work closely with a team. The role can be demanding because of irregular schedules and long hours, but it was a fulfilling experience that improved both my confidence and people skills.

Working with PAL for over 14 years was very fulfilling and worthwhile and i am very thankful for the exposure, experience and trust that was given to me. I have learned so much in my involvement and dealings with our passengers, different government agencies, ground handlers, staff and Other departments (Within PAL). But the best part of my Job is being able to Help and build a relationship with our passengers.

Philippine Airlines is a reputable company however currently, departments are being outsourced and benefits that come along with the job are therefore not given to said employees.
A lot of politics within the management and it is difficult to advance unless you know someone who can put in a good word for you.

Good to get experience. My stay was short and sweet but I manage to get ahead because people there stayed stagnant for failing to improve their skills and knowledge. I didn't wait for the company to offer me training, rather I took courses from my own effort that gave me additional competence.

It is always nice to report to work, i learned a lot of things, specially how to be self sufficient and productive with my task. The management is supportive and appreciate talented and skilled personnel. Work culture is family like. Job is challenging. Working togehter.

I have learned alot from Philippine Airlines, such as data management, time management, working under pressure and to be adaptive to co-workers and superiors.

What I love being a flight attendant is that it gives me freedom to travel. And salary is good for a single man like me, I have bank savings and I even have a car.
