Working here has been quite the experience. As an admin worker you are expected to give 110%, which i agree, these should always be employee expectations. This company does not give you the tools or resources to work in a safe and sane environment. You will find yourself working alone constantly, you will be underpaid and you will be over tasked. If you ask for a raise, they will have inhumane expectations in order for you to receive it. They only think about money and will rather lose amazing employees. There are many on sick leave and many have told me how abused they feel. The only positive part of this company is the acquired knowledge in the medical field.

Head office… they live in a bubble. If there's a problem in your clinic, they will gaslight you into thinking that your clinic is fine compare to another clinic and move on with their day.
