During my tenure at the company, I encountered a work environment where there seemed to be a lack of consistent and effective leadership. Despite outward appearances, decisions often appeared to be driven more by factors other than strategic business considerations. This dynamic created challenges and contributed to an occasionally frustrating professional atmosphere. While the experience provided opportunities for personal growth, the absence of strong leadership impacted the overall effectiveness and sustainability of the company. 

PPC has been an amazing learning experience with lots of support from management and being treated like family. The Christmas party and Summer BBQ are great social events to meet everyone and have fun together. The company gives back regularly through many different charities to make sure the community is supported. I have advanced within the company since my first day and am happy to see more advancement available for me. I like the team that I work with and the level of success we are able to achieve together. With health benefits and paid vacation I am very happy to commit to PPC for life.

This company is amazing in everything they do! Your input on what's needed is listened to and changes are made based on feedback they receive. I've worked with PPC for five years now and have held several titles. Over the years I have come to experience a company that treats its staff like family, something rare in business let alone the cleaning industry. The management team and owners are very supportive and genuinely care about the well-being of both employees and clients. I am currently working for Picture Perfect Cleaning (PPC) for about 5 months. The management team is so responsive and supportive, every one is reachable. A system is well established to monitoring and requesting the supply chain management. The company value its employees and prepare social gatherings. I also see the the facility administration is so happy with PPC's work. Generally, the working environment exceeded my expectation.

This establishment is fine. Management was spotty on who you have. Took days to get back to me. Order stuff for supplies and never got what I asked for half the time, never got what my manager wanted me to try either. Rarely any updates on how I was doing, or if there was anything I needed fixing so thought I was doing great until I was let go and without a valid reason as both reasons I got were two totally different reasons and answers.

This company is dedicated and hardworking when it comes to the cleaning industry. They take pride in making sure their clients are happy with the service being provided and that their cleaning staff has all the supplies needed to do a great job!  
I’ve worked for Picture Perfect Cleaning for 5 years now and the flexibility of hours is definitely a bonus  and I’m happy to say this is a excellent company to work for.
