Growth within the company seemed like an attainable goal with hard work and dedication. Original culture and crew was wonderful and gave me hope that hard work would be recognized and rewarded. At first it was but that changed quickly. As the company grew rapidly due to Covid, Ceos and Management could not keep up. The culture built declined rapidly. The toxic gossip was absolutely disgusting. Good, hard working people fired without cause while toxic, mean, lazy people have zero accountability for their work ethic and behavioural issues. There was no consistency with discipline of staff. Management was not inclusive, pitting people against one another, lying to, excluding and isolating other management and staff members. Questions and concerns are belittled and ignored. Nothing was straightforward, and many empty promises. I felt on edge and unsafe majority of the time spent there. A very deceitful workplace, I was lied about and lied too almost everyday. Zero job security, will terminate you for no reason at any time, especially if you inquire about questionable decisions, hold them accountable and know your rights. Save your mental health, avoid this company. 

I will admit that there have been many rough patch but things lately have been getting better. They have new mgt and making changes that are for the better. Many people that were ready to leave, are now staying because things are starting to look up. Communication is getting better, there is more supervision and rules and more support for staff. They still have things to work on but at least people are starting to feel heard and hopeful and its made a big difference in moral. People are working more together and there is even more fun. The new mgt listens, is asking what the staff want and making opportunities for staff to learn more, move around the company and giving managers and supervisors more training. It looking up!

work politics aside, everyone was nice for the most part. 

Stay clear of this company - The toxic environment created by unqualified managers ruins a person's mental health. There is not many good things to say about working here. There is no room for growth and you're expected to be a sheep. Any questions and concerns are belittled and ignored by management. Overall, this place is just awful, such a toxic environment. They are willing to fire without cause no matter how hard you work. 

This company has completely changed for the better during the duration of my employment here. Management reaches out to the staff for feedback of what can be improved and genuinely care to implement it for the betterment of their staff. Work is fast pace, which is to be expected in a delivery field. The coworkers are supportive and has been one of the best staff base to work alongside.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Receive your itinerary,pick up bins from warehouse,follow the route using GPS and deliver accordingly

They don’t explain how the kms are tracked, you need to double check if they paid you the right amount for the kms you drive. They haven’t updated gas compensation. No help from management, no direct line of communication. If you want to talk to someone you go through terrible designed apps that will constantly crash on you. They don’t help pay for any tickets but will yell at you for parking far away from buildings with no parking signs

I was able to meet the CEO of the company on the first day on the job it was a very amazing experience I never actually had that experience before at any job I have ever went to work at I even kept his business card Inside my sun visor inside my car as one of Delivery Drivers as sort of a timesake 

Lack of management skills, no logistics whatsoever, very poor communication.  Was initially hired as a fleet manager and was only given the driver option from start to finish.  50,000 kilometres on my personal vehicle in one year and not a dime for any vehicle expenses except fuel.  Be very careful as they will two face you and then terminate you without notice.  Skip probably treats their employees a lot better then this said company.

Management builds a wall between you and them. No communication through company employee app (HR and management ignores you). Preferential treatment.

No transparency about how you're compensated for gas and there has been no increase since the pumps were at 80c.
