Its really nit a good place to work as a guard. Its very stressful environment. They dis not co-operate with their staff members . Sometimes they extend your shift without informing you and compel you to cover their shift for more few hours. They did not understand about your health and timing. They just want that you complete their shift and extra emergency shifts anyways. Otherwise they will throughout you without any reason.

I like working here. Since September, I have been paid biweekly and getting paid very well. Staff is so collaborative helpful to their employees. The only issue I found is that the company should increase students' pay rate as they are only allowed to work 20 hours. Otherwise, everything is good.

It's a job, not a career. You work there until you find something better or graduate from school. Limited chance for advancement, they don't offer tuition reimbursements and prime benefits that in house security operations offer

•	Followed all necessary safety procedures regarding COVID-19
•	Accompanied occupants of a residential nursing home
•	Recorded and logged resident’s daily activity including mental health, behavior, food intake, and sleep schedule

I enjoyed this company, because they were honest and fair to their employees. Great pay, helpful, and well respected. Working with them makes you feel your part of a solid family.

Nice and chill you don’t have to worry too much about anything but make sure you are calm and compose as you are working for the people which has dementia autism and other mental illnesses 
you never know they can hit you so better you have good distracting skills


These guys are terminate me without any , i have tried to contact noah and shae but no responding me back , i am not recommended any body , dont go work with this company .

Lots of opportunity for advancement, on going training, uniforms exchanged every 6 months, fair managers and supervisors.

When i was working there it was very easy going and the management really did care about its staff and their problems. Having a great management makes for and easy place to work.
