The nature of the work can sometimes involve unexpected calls and changing priorities, making communication and teamwork important to keeping things running smoothly. The most enjoyable part of the job is being part of a team that takes pride in the work they do and providing a professional service to the families and communities we serve.

I haven't been with the company very long but i can assure you that all the workers that i have worked with are extremely supportive and hep me learn new things and help me in the places in which struggle in and also know how to make some of the darkest times a positive learning experience or just a positive moment in general. I feel very comfortable with whom I'm working with and look very forward to my future with this company.

The work is interesting and challenging, a good introduction to the death care industry. This is a side job for me, with my primary being in healthcare. When a patient passes, I feel confident they will be handled by my colleagues with dignity and respect on their way to their final disposition, and their loved ones treated compassionately during a very difficult time. Management's expectations are high for quality of work and dedication to the job, which is reflected in the calibre of my Platinum colleagues and the way they treat people in the community. 

Poorly managed company, it felt very disorganized. We were underpaid, overworked and barely trained. Bad communication; if you ran into a problem in the field and needed assistance, management was nearly impossible to get in contact with. Vans and equipment were sub-par to other companies and good luck getting anything fixed or replaced if it broke.

Please do not apply here. They make it sound like it's so easy and you can set your own hours. Maybe in the beginning. Then they constantly call you to work even on your days off. Pay is not good because the transfer ends up taking a very long time. Won't increase your wage no matter what.  Super fast paced to the point where you can get hurt. Management is highly disorganized and l was lied to many times. Praying this company can get it together soon as the work they do is needed. 

Can be called to work anytime.  i learned alot about how the funeral industry works.  
the part i like is it feels like having a second family.    Supporting families when they need it the most builds a great connection with them, making sure there loved one gets to their destination safely. The most difficult part is alot of problem solving and extreme heavy lifting  


I genuinely love working here! I feel supported every day, and my feelings are always listened to and respected. As long as you come in with a collaborative and positive attitude, your input is valued. It’s such an inclusive, safe, and encouraging place to work.

Good place to work for some extra income on the side, as you get to set your own availability. 
Work when you can on the side, and being call might not be for everyone but it can be quite flexible.  
Compensation is decent for what the work is.  It's quite easy work for the most part, I haven't had a complicated call as of yet.  

I am enjoying working at Platinum in the months that I have been here. The team is friendly, everyone works hard and I feel valued. It’s not your regular Mon-Fri 5-9 which is what I enjoy! You get out of it what you put in, and I appreciate the close knit, family feel of working here. 

I love working here! It's productive, and we can have a bit of fun meanwhile. I've learned so much throughout my years of working here, and everyone is so kind. I can say, I enjoy the work that I do, and the people around me. Our boss is understanding and caring, and makes the work so much better. Overall, I love this company, and all that we do.
