In every company there are flaws it depends on how to counterattact this flaws. In my experience on typical day at work is routine. Which i don't want. I learned different cultures and different kinds of costumer to handle. Management we good as well. Workplace has too much pressure. The hardest part of the job is to become waitress. Enjoyable is salary.

one man show and full of stress work always. Management very bad, not professional like Emirates and Etihad . always press and favouritism. pressure and stress no growth. avoid to join till no other chance.

The atmosphere is so bad, managers force employees to work very beyond their job description for free.
No one trust you, you should have always evidence to prove that you're innocent. 
Really bad environment 

Very organized and amicable work atmosphere with excellent job culture. Lot of opportunities for career advancement. Intensive on job training provided.

Good place to work but Too much of micro management.
