Good working environment, great staff, The hours were very long... Woke up at # am drove about 30min.. got picked up at 4:55 and drove another hour and 15min. the shift was 9 on 5 off.. After few year  especially winter is got a little bit harder to work and get up... Driving such a long distance made it hard on the body. But yet the Job was great, meeting new people was amazing, the weather effected work quite a bit but was manageable. 
The co workers were amazing, I worked with all women about 15 of them . I've had the opportunity to become a lead hand / supervisor... They took huge trust in me and I did not fail.. I always had the help of my co workers by my side. 

reason I quit, I  moved to be closer to my family, my mother is getting sicker then we all thought. Had to quit the job and come straight here.

Typical day: erect..dismantle..modify scaffold..tear down..Manger co-workers. .also work alone. Inspect scaffolds. .continuous house cleaning. 

Coworkers - solve issues and report to mangement any problems. Make sure all crew members are doing there Job and doing it right. Speak with coworkers when issues a raise. And make sure all safety is being taken seriously implamented and up to code.

hardest part of the job would be for the people that are assigned to me to know that yes we will get along but company rules and regulations come first. 

The best part of my job is doing what i love. Enjoying going to work and completing the tasks assigned to me. Also knowing that I'm respected by my crew even though I will call them out on mistakes.

I worked for Quinn a few times. And every time it was really good. They were understanding if a guy had appointments. They didn’t get on your case about doctors notes and things of that nature. They were just an easy going company that focused evenly on production and safety. Not a bad place to work. I was there at NWR until the end. They ended up losing it to another company. But that was from drama outside of their control I was told. They were honestly pretty decent.

Very good company to work for lots of room to advance and get a great career

No stress at all very safe and good company t work for

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work have breaks at break times work work work

They have a "how much will you do for us" attitude and in return you get treated like a second rate employee. Any PPE that is the employees responsibility has to be new and then they turn around and hand you a 10 year old pair of coveralls to wear that aren't fire retardant anymore with patches and holes. Don't expect to be treated like a person, you are a number at this company and just a body to fill some coveralls. Terrible Company.

You say anything about safety, they fire you.
You say anything about discrimination, they fire you.
You say anything about harassment, they let you go.

I have seen a big boss taking off red tags, and another saying don't worry about MSDS.

Now you work 84 hrs per week, and only 4 is over time.

They will want you to work through breaks and lunch, and tell you to take a later one, and then ask what are you doing.

learn alot about team work between you and other companies on site
management did an awesome job to make sure the employees were happy and content
the culture is based around safety which i believe is an awesome way to be
trying to be at afew places at the same time 
working in a variety of different trades

Anytime there is an incident it's off for a drug test, even the smallest incidents. Test positive your immediately fired. You do not get paid to take a course even though it benefits the company. And after taking the course on your own time there is no raise. Example zoom boom operator.

Great learning with lots of space for professional improvement.
