Blatant health and safety violations all over the building, does not pay well, employees are treated horribly. You need to double check your pay stubs against your punch cards because managers constantly undercut your pay. Your fellow employees are great people but massively overworked and pitted against each other (eg morning shift vs night shift). Avoid this place at all costs!

Working there the management spent more time in their office then interacting with the staff. Felt like everyone working was a friend of a management staff so there was no real order until things were pointed out by upper management as needing fixing. Staff members were free to do what they wanted as long as nobody complained, even if it meant breaking covid protocols or making kids sit in the sun on a poo covered field for hours with no activities being run.

Good ,but like I tell all new commers don't try and fix the place you will only get frustrated

Pleasant I go in ask what do you want me to go and I do it

My experience being a coop student at the RA Center was very fun. They had me try out classes that they offered, the had me clean the gym (which is normal working in any gym facility) and had me do Excel work. 

My overall experience there was amazing, the people there we're so fun to be around and their easy to talk to.

I like the job and the management,but it's far from my education and experience. It's a seasonal job, very slow in Winter and Summer time. No full time Supervisor's position right now,

Worked as a counsellor in training for one summer and although I put in high levels of effort, management would delay pay, deny previously agreed on bonuses, and be generally inflexible.

Okay starter job but management is seriously lacking.

I really enjoyed the stable, guaranteed hours, the kids definitely keep you on your toes, but it was a great time! It is not a job for everyone, but if you enjoy being active and making kids happy, this is perfect for you.

When I was working at the RA center as a counselor in training, I learned lots of new skills that have helped me throughout the years. I worked with a great group of people that really made the place, by the end of the summer most of us were good friends!

One of the worst places to work.  Management treats emoyees with disrespect and absolutely no support.   Low  wages, no job security, rude and racist comments made nothing ever gets addressed.  Avoid this toxic facility.
