The Royal Bank of Scotland business services PLC (RBS) is a multinational banking company in edinburg, england which has 4 branches in india one is at new delhi. The RBS is on of the most wandering company for job and placement by the youths and students as it has a good environment and good working culture.
I really enjoyed my days at RBS. If I will find like this company in the future, I will be more appreciated, proud and happy.

Working for the Customer Analytics department within the Retail bank, we were highly respected by other departments, That was due to the high quality service which we provided to our internal clients. The department was very forward thinking and did it's best to support workers where possible. We were encouraged to constantly develop ourselves and to question anything which we did not think fitted into the ethics of the organisation. A very good culture and employer.

They are going through several restructures at the moment which has meant the workplace culture has been quite challenging at times, however they are transitioning through a fundamental change necessary for the current environment and are moving towards a forward thinking bank that puts its customers first.

This job is challenging for a beginner.  However, I know there is a big community around me. As a beginner, I would like to join this community faster. I don't treat it for work only as a job, but also a career I love. Personally, I love to explore science with my son and also join art activities. Also, family is an essential part of me. My son loves outdoor sports. I wish can give my son a happy family, a beautiful house and even some nice vacations. 

RBS is a good organisation to work for and is employee friendly. Few of the programmes can be quite stressful and but can provide for good learning opportunity. There are way too many processes that need to be followed before anything gets in to production which may mean significant delays for any project to go live which can be stressful at times. There is a need to optimize the technology services area for any project to be made live.

This job was fabulous for me when I left school at 16 (the age of leaving back then in England). I landed a great job as an Office Assistant/Secretary at Williams & Glyn's Bank, which later merged with The Royal Bank of Scotland on Lombard Street.  Working in London was fabulous.  I left when I had my baby, and then moved to Canada.

- The location of the office was just behind the Tate Modern in London and right by the River Thames. This would give great access to good food venues for lunch and afterwork locales plus it was a good place for public transport.
- The IT procurement team were knowledgable in their roles and was always willing to assist each other to complete the PO requested by the Front Office.

RBS is best place to work for anyone who wants to excel in banking domain and looking for exposure to latest technologies. I worked for 10 years at RBS and moved from developer position to Project Manager. Senior management supports employee development and retention through HR initiatives and programs which is best.
