If you work in the office level, you will find your work rewarding, but often challenging. The challenging part is the management - the CEO and the director of HR prefers to have leaders like themselves who push you, often yelling or demeaning, and contacting you if you are on vacation. They make you feel little. If you cannot take it, they will say that you were not fit for this role and you will be managed out of your role or terminated within 3-6 months. 

Career development is not available for most people especially on the production floor. There are policies that limit internal candidates from applying to new roles. Even those who are eligible for new roles and are good workers find it difficult to apply.

On the job training is minimal. Management expects you to know what to do, so don't be surprised if they give you a bad performance evaluation because they did not train you properly.

You will succeed if you keep our head down and say yes to everything even if you disagree.

I have had a very positive experience working at Snackruports. One of the standout aspects of this company is its excellent staff—everyone is professional, supportive, and approachable. Teamwork is highly encouraged, and there is a genuine sense of camaraderie that makes coming to work enjoyable. The work environment itself is welcoming and well-organized, fostering productivity while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Management appears to have inconsistent hiring and HR practices. In my experience, some HR staff seemed to lack sufficient knowledge of employment laws and proper employee relations procedures. There were also concerns about professionalism, communication, and fairness within the HR department especially working with Anxhela Kheli, it was unpleasant. Many of us have raised concerns regarding her, however, management is on her side.

I also observed what felt like frequent wrongful terminations and inconsistent hiring standards, including limited background screening for certain roles. Overall, the workplace would benefit from stronger leadership, better HR training, and more transparent processes.


What is the best part of working at the company?
Enjoy working at a fast pace industry. Applying my  skillset and experience  toward development in the maintenance aspects.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Especially when working under adverse conditions example heat.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Working in a clean and tidy environment with different ethnic groups. 
The company has shown a great impression and improvement in all cultures. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Working with a great team with helpful and confidence attitude a d room for improvements.

This company was nice and engaging to work earlier but not anymore. When they get new plant managers . They'll implemwnt new rules for profit( no line change, reducing number of packers per line). We have worked in fast paced environment bwfore also. I'm sure,  this was too much. Now, they are getting lowest orders of all time. Not sure, why?.
Well, its just the case of base level workers.
Get a good position in this company. I think thinks get better. Lot of internal promotions are happening here. If you wish to grow then its a good place. But, staying as GL for long time will be the worst decision.

The Company is good, but its managment es very oppressive, and to advance there you need to be very well connected with someone in management.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working under pressure and threats.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
You will find a multicultural community, but if you are not in agreement with the leaders' ideas, you will find a very tense atmosphere

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work hard every day, regardless of your  mood or physical condition.

The management has zero leadership skills. Blame game and discouragement prevails even in top management. As the leadership ladder goes up, professionalism tapers down. They would dump every possible workload on you and then scold you on what you miss. 
If someone wants to learn about this industry, make it as a jumping board. If you wish to build career in a progressive and forward looking company, look somewhere else. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good company to work for. Good for anyone willing to learn and grow their career in Food Manufacturing.

Early morning shifts.
Always on the go
At times physically tiring
Heat around the Ovens

Great, enjoyable working culture

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy all the time, you are always on the go.

Selfish CEO who can run anyone under the bus to protect his position.A culture of fear is instilled within each level of the organization and they put some slushies and foostables and believe they are actually a great company.One day you will made feel like you are doing so good until the next minute when the entire vision  changes as top down every is scared and making reckless decisions.People are being used as scape goats to protect one position and that is his own.

Production workers are friendly

Dealing with the company president nacistic mentality, sad that the HR director protects him not the people.

Production floor level friendly 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You start your shift but never have a finish time as a manager. Very long hours no work life balance
