Work is usually consistent, and you definitely can move around a bit position wise, but it’s limited and once you reach certain points, there’s not much you can do without a bit of luck. Staff is mostly fantastic throughout the organization, shop floor staff, office staff, even the owners form my experience are kind and understanding, easy to talk to and even have casual conversation with. Easy to make friendships that lead outside of work if desired; however, recent management changes have made the environment harder to enjoy, depending what department you’re in, some favouritism or flip wise condescension and belittling talk towards staff occurs from certain management, usually as insults or passive aggressive comments disguised as jokes. Some days were deeply frustrated and stressful. Overall though the pay is quite good and the benefits are good. Tool allowance is useful and most general items such as gloves and such are provided which was nice. The company did seem to be moving upwards, so overall, definitely a good place to work but just have to make sure to not get on the wrong sides of some. Safety is a huge priority at rev which I personally appreciated, as the social events are fun and inclusive. Communication is easy and fast with most higher ups and the HR department is very understanding and actively try to make a difference for the employee

This company has a great management team, all very friendly with an open door policy. They are personable, address you by name and treat everyone with respect. REV encourages employee suggestions and feedback on ways to improve the company.  They organize fun social committee events throughout the year, as well have an annual Stampede breakfast where all friends and family members are welcome. The month end safety lunches are the best (BBQ's in the summer) and I really appreciate the flexible work/life balance. They are understanding of all circumstances and work with you to accommodate you as much as possible. Overall the best company I've ever worked at by far.

REV truthfully stands by its core values of Collaboration, Teamwork, Quality and Safety. Working environment is very professional yet relaxed and comfortable at some times; thanks for the owners who are very nice to work with, very friendly, and maintaining an open-door policy. A typical day here is very fast paced, especially during rush moves with regards to completion of projects. But even the busiest day will still be manageable due to colleague who are always ready to assist. Pay and benefits are competitive!

So they hire electrical assemblers, there is NO such thing! It degrades the whole trade! You should be a ticketed electrician to work on anything that has to with electrical. REV should be ashamed of themselves. Electrical helpers, electrical labourers, electrical assemblers, it's all wrong they don't exist. It's a way to not pay an electrician to do the job. This company needs to smarten up and give the jobs back to electricians and stop wrecking the industry.

I worked with rev for 7 months before having to resign for personal family reasons. I enjoyed the culture there (smaller sized company that does fun things for staff) and the team was really good. Nice people and management.  Hire process and training was good. Job was as I expected, overtime was hard for me but I did it anyway. Would return if I didn't have to leave the province. Thankful for the opportunity, would recommend to friends and family.

The work culture is excellent. However, as the owners release powers to the newly hired operation managers, I believe the culture is decreasing. 
There are excellent company events and the employees are of great calibre. 

Good people to work with, enjoyed my job, management was approachable.  I was at the front desk, dealing with client/vendors on the phone, and also coming in.  The culture was highly safety oriented.  I found it easy to approach management, and to talk with my direct supervisor.

Almost zero training to get any new people up to speed. Potential hires beware! this company is a total waste of time and resources. Management is absolutely abysmal and no help at all to their employees.

The management, staff here are good and very approachable 
And co-workers are great they help each other.
I’ve learned such things in this place like operating the punch press.
