The more time I spend at this job, the more i feel the need to quit. Management is very cold and not friendly. They don't care about their workers or their personal lives. Often I feel as if we are short staffed but even when they try to hire someone, they leave after one week because they don't like the job. Most co-workers are very nice and help make the shift go by quicker. I have to serve the same customers almost every day because its a neighbourhood store. Most customers are very nice but it can sometimes get old. The good thing about this job is having cashier experience and learning to deal with customers. I am constantly trying to find another job because I can't stand being at this place.

whats nice about this particular place is that if your traveling in the area, this place can be a nice change of pace from eating out.  The store is stalked with all the major essential but what I like most about this place is that it has a decent deli selection and various fruits and vegetables which can be hard to come by when your traveling and living in a hotel most of the time.  Food price did seem a litle high to me but if your comparing it to convient store prices then I would say its in the same price range.  I tried a few of the prepared salads in the deli counter, I thought the wheatberry salad had too much oil.  THe chickpea and the coucous salad were good but a little over priced considering that prices are market per 100g which isnt a lot.

Rabba Fine Foods is an excellent store and I shop there almost every second week. They have new faces most times so you're always meeting new people along with the regular workers.

Very good customer service in my opinion.

A typical day is that it can get very busy during the summer.

I have learned that packaging foods/deserts can get tedious when doing it non-stop regardless how easy it might seem.

The management is of the workplace felt on task and right to the point of the time I was there. 

Most enjoyable part of the job was to wash the freezer windows of the fridges.

A typical day at work is to ensure there are no expired products on the shelves. To ensure there are freshly salads and sandwiches and that the hot food is appetizing. I've learned how to communicate with customers and meet there needs and help them solve problems. The management team is very considerate. The coworkers are very supportive and helpful. The hardest part of the job is time management. The most enjoyable part of the job is making my customers happy and see them come by on a regular basis.

My day starts at 8 in the morning but sometimes I even work afetrnoon shifts too starting from 2'o clock in the noon.I have learned a lot in the job and grown so much as a person.I have become more confident and active and can handle any situation without getting nervous or loosing my cool.The most loveable part of  this job is that you meet so many people and everyday you make friends.I'm very social I love people thats why I love customer service  jobs because one gets chance to learn from different people and grow as a human being.

The main feature of Rabba fine foods is that it is a 24/7 operating store.
Working as an assistant manager in the store was satisfactory and sufficient to build the career
opportunities in future. The initial stages of the training were a bit confusing with the duties
and functions. But later on which provided me with the opportunity to apply my skills and
information from my studies in a real life situation. Therefore this summary describes about the
report of the functions and duties which took place in Rabba fine foods.

The stressful part is that you don’t know when suddenly they are cutting your hours.

Uncomfortable environment, they always look at you , if you were stilling something

I do enjoy working in a multicultural environment at the workplace at Rabba!! The management is helpful and supports learning new things such as making of different kinds of salads. The co-workers, migrants from different countries, are very friendly all the time. The work is not difficult at all. The most enjoyable part of the job is dealing with the customers who repeatedly visit Rabba.

It is an easy and flexible job where you get to do different things like serve customers and receive orders. The store is very well managed and organized and the manager is very understanding. The enjoyable part about this job is that you never feel bored and there’s always work to be done. There really isn’t anything hard as long as you finish your work on time and give your best.

One day day from my schedule I work at Deli department and prepare salad, and fruit salads for the next day. Offer and slice up meat or sausages, and impose ready salads from the shelves in containers. I work as a cashier in the other days. And I scan, weighed equipments, put inside the plastic bag and give change in for customers. Sell also cigarets and lotto.
