Working for Rabbit Hill has provided me with skills that I have carried into several of the other jobs I have worked as well as into my day to day life. The number one greatest thing about working at Rabbit Hill is the management, you always feel like you have a voice and an opinion. Rabbit Hill treats their staff with the utmost respect to ensure every single employee feels valued. I am a strong believer that management makes or breaks a job and there is a reason that I have returned to Rabbit Hill every season. I have built many connections with individuals at work that have become friendships in my everyday life. The amount of training provided prior to your first day ensures that you are set to succeed. All in all I would highly recommend working for Rabbit Hill it is a great job with great people!

working at Rabbit hill was one of my most enjoyable jobs i ever had.A typical day at work was also enjoyable more like a day out with friends instead of co-workers. The management treated me like family instead of boss... employee.. My co-workers were always fun to work with.If one was very busy another would be there to help out. The most enjoyable part of the job was when October came i would be glad glad because i would be going back to work again, because we only worked from October to last of April.The hardest part of the job was when I had to tell them that i was relocating to  Manitoba.My co-workers and my boss and owner and myself were very sad and unhappy of my news that I had to leave.

typical day at work includes getting at the hill at 8:30 AM. for the lifties you'll be helped by the lift supervisor, for park crew you'll be setting up signs for features and fences. you'll be on your own until 10:00 when your other park crew buddy shows up. this is normal because management doesn't want to pay more than 2 people overtime. the rest of the day includes maintaining and shapig the jumps and keeping watch over the rest of the park making sure nobody gets hurt. and of course skiing or snowboarding! i can only speak for the hill staff as i've never worked in the kitchen.

I worked at rabbit hill for a few years while I was in high school. At first it was fun, I enjoyed working with kids so it was really no issue. But around my third year there was a serious lack in morale. No one wanted to work, and management was apathetic. It served its purpose for me as a high school job until I went to university. The year I worked there full time, I recall an 18 day stretch without a day off. There was very little consideration for work life balance and many managers treated you as a number rather than a person.

All the staff is friendly and welcoming! Management is always supportive no matter what. Coming into work everyday your greated and welcomed by fellow co workers and waiting for the day to start. Then carrying on to a morning routine of clean your work space making sure everything is ready for opening. Most days a pretty chill and realx. Every staff member is a team player and always looking to help one another or improve their area of work! All staff take their job and time very seirously to ensure everyhting is done right and to standard for the safety of customers.

I would strongly recommend working at Rabbit Hill, specifically the Rental shop. It has been one of the best jobs I've had. The workers are kind and considerate, the manager of the rental shop is incredibly understanding, flexible, and personable. The job itself is a wonderful learning experience, aided by your supervisors. The higher ups encourage you to do your best but not rush yourself, are very understanding of mistakes and use them as learning experiences, rather than something that is worthy of consequences, or marks against you.

It was great a great day everyday at rabbit I looked forward to work everyday! It was lots of fun too because the team was really nice and outgoing

Working at Rabbit Hill was a great experience. It was very fun and relaxed but strict at the same time. I learned how to handle the lift equipment and I became better at interacting with others. The management was amazing and so were all of my co-workers. The hardest part of the job was having to work in very cold conditions. The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with everyone.

There is thorough training for the position an individual would get, with everyone over 18 learning multiple times a year how to do a chairlift evacuation. They help make sure you feel confident in your ability to do your job and are flexible with injuries or sick days. They want you to feel welcome and safe in the workplace and want you to have fun. However, they do still help you grow as an employee and make sure you're being as productive as possible.

I absolutely love my job here. The environment is fantastic, the coworkers are great. You get to meet and socialize with people from all over, abs make good connections. The management is very friendly and comfortable. Overall awesome work environment.
