Rally has very talented people working for them, most of whom are friendly, respectful, and kind.

However, due to a lack of transparency from senior leadership, a culture of mistrust and disengagement has become the norm.

Favoritism runs rampant, and people in higher positions get away with treating staff disrespectfully and at times, outright harassing staff.  With little to no consequences.

There appears to be little awareness or acknowledgement from senior leadership for the individuals performing the work on a daily basis.  

As of late, there is very little work coming in, which is adding to an already negative/toxic environment.

Unfortunate to see this company so full of wonderful, talented people, start circling the drain.

In general, it is a good place to work with most nice people. However, people relationship is much more sophisticated than that in large-scale EPCM, and complex relationship - technical matters vs poor & complicated management in  group causes that sr. engineers have to waste tremendous time on the non-technical matters.
Team lack Int. to Sr. level of people who are really systematically experienced in I&C engineering to make due contribution to deliverables. This also makes the lead overburdened.
Work load has extensively fluctuated since COVID-19, but it is supposed to get better in a short future.


                                                                               

not recommended to work there they ended my employment with no reason, very poor management, lacking documents and procedure to follow when proceed with project, they dont appreciate your hard work and working for late hours to get job done , they dont give you opprtunity to improve your self, i worked there for less than three months for a casual position, they promised for at least a full year full of work and after two weeks there was no work there, very bad environment not recommended for any body

Still a small company, so they care about their work base whole heartedly. Wide array of clients so you'll get to see a lot of different things, support self development. Some downsides are the structure for field work/reimbursement for said field work; takes some time to get your cheques/expenses.

Concrete professionals who know their disciplines and a great Engineering Manager.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not all anticipated projects get be realized.

Worked according to the amount of projects that Rally was able to have at a certain time.
Monitored and controlled progress of projects.
Coworkers came in and out because they had to make constant visits to the job sites

Rally Engineering is a great company for those who want to explore the industrial engineering world. Lots of challenging projects and great people to learn from. Long term stability is a concern as it is oil and gas based.

Excellent coworkers and culture of respect and felt like managers cared about the team.
Good pay and there is opportunity to advance. The office and all meetings are to the point.

Amazing place to work the boys are always buzzing. Very professional yet layed back environment. I loved just piping all day! All round great place to become more experienced at piping.

The company has undergone changes which have ultimately caused long term harm and need to be rectified. The company has great bones, good client base but needs to focus on what made it great to get back to where it was.
