I sincerely enjoyed working with the team at Barrie location. I join Raywal Barrie office just before Covid lockdown. It was a serious challenge of adaptability, yet everybody pulled through. 

Excellent communication among immediate management and another installer. No matter the situation, I always felt they have my back.

The income wasn't that great, which was the only reason that I left, although,  it was predictable and stable. 

I still keep in touch and keep getting some install jobs.

Why not five stars? Well it's a big company with a large production output so, not everything worked perfectly at all the levels.

In summary. I worked on beautiful design winning kitchens. Had an awesome technical support of the installation manager. And, almost always left homeowners and clients with satisfied.

I was a part of it. Good experience.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Workers were good but not all.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very good. Very helpful and informative and energetic 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Nothing about it. Just stay calm and work

The manager would over work employees. I worked there for 3 years and gotten a 40cent raise after working there for 2 and some employees have been there for 15+ years were given a 50cent raise

good place for lots of overtime in short term. management are in good shape not much pressure. benefits are ok not that much great, pay is average as usual

Nice place to work at
Really good people working there. Enjoyed my 1 year working there. This work taught me new skills which i can use in my future life
