My typical day involves a number of different departments as well as field communications. I have learned about many diverse cultures as it is a global company. I have the upmost respect for my coworkers who always rise to the task at hand. I work with various operating systems, employee needs, computer tasks, and payroll. The most enjoyable part of the job is the drive to ensure 100% efficiency and acuracy

This was my first taste as what office work was like and it was awesome! The tasks were all simple. I went from office to office collecting the discarded paper in everyone's blue bin so I could bring in downstairs to be shredded. Also did some filing around the office, scanned some documents from storage into the database to be filed electronically. Did some yard work like cutting the grass and weeding. The most fun thing to do was Friday BBQs at lunch time for the staff.

Challenging position.  Great opportunities to work with different individuals and projects.  EVery day was different.  Learn something each day.  Redpath team are very professional and always ready to help you in achieving your goals.  Good safety culture with solid safety programs and work ethics. THe hardest part of my job was to deal with workers injuries and families.  Enjoy the people and day to day challenges.

Purely bias buddy system layoff / opportunity system. Nothing formal whatsoever, all gossip based all the way to the executive level. Drug tests required for site assignments only, management rarely visits sites for this reason. Drug use rampant throughout the management structure all throughout the executives as well.

The typical day at work would start early and most of the time take of smoothly, I learned many skills while at this job such as, Truck driving, putting up vent and pipe, using a lock and tag and most of all all the safety precautions in place to keep workers safe. The management was most of the time helpful in answering all our questions and concerns.

They can be a great company to work for or a terrible company to work for it completely depends who your supervisor is and what project your on. The mine I was in they made it really hard for in experienced miners to move up because they wanted to keep you at a low pay. But all in all they're not bad if you're just looking for a gateway into mining




Since they are a contractor, enviroments depends on where the job is located. Every site is different although you are with the same company. It is underground work so of course danger and hard work is involved. It is not for everyone and if you expect everyday to be a walk in the park. Well it's not.

a typical day at work starts off well, but the crews with limited experience will run the supervisor in to the ground, not enough experienced leaders to take control of their crews. lots of employees missing shifts which makes it hard on the rest of the crew, and the supervisor. but mostly, the guys are in good spirit.

were good to work for travel paid good wages good experienced workforce with comminent to the contract,tha only problem i had was that our camp in the middle of balmertown was too noisy from town traffic
