From day 1 management had no direction or involvement with training.  Expectations were never discussed, you were expected to mind read.  Only time you received feedback is when you did something wrong.  Machines are outdated, poorly maintained, and a safety hazard to work on.  There was so much oil leakage from the machines they laid cardboard on the ground to walk on.  Never worked for a company that had such poor maintenance practices.  If you value your self respect and can speak English you won’t make it long.  

I have been working in reliance for long time but I find nothing good about this company. Poor management system ,So much stress. Supervisior and manager are so rude, partiality on the top on floor level. No team work and if you wanna get easy work, you should be nice too Supervisior and QC( just treat like boss) like I already told they are treating partially. I would never suggest this company to anyone who wants to long term work. Worse environment I ever feel in my whole life is here.


Toxic work environment.   I was interviewed and accepted.  I was excited to work but i observed bad mouthing to your boss is common.  People has no respect.  Favoritism exist.

Great group of people multicultural and hard working , equipment made it very hard to meet company goals and objectives .
Going to work every day was never a hard decision , you knew there was going to be a challenge and a solution.

Was a good place to work once you can figure out what your roll is. The workers are easy to get along with. Hardest part is trying to figure out what managers are trying to do when they don’t know there equipment/ this always turns stressful

There is no such thing as human resources as upper management is human resources. There no trust or confidentiality between yourself and your manager. 
I did enjoy working with the customers

Very friendly work environment,we have small maintenance team but very much understanding with everyone,and the results is end of the day always positive,
Even some times we faced big breakdowns in machines but our team work culture make it easier.

The pace was steady everyday. Worked on two different systems (TMM & Sage). Most part of the job was working independently and  having to make decisions.

if you like work under stress, and you do not want continues learning somethings new. this is the company for you, they dont give a security, they can change your shif and you schedule when they want, that is not a good company.

Mismanaged company. They will terminate
People whenever they want. Production supervisor has favoritism. They don't care about workers. Terminating people constantly.
